    well what i really wanted to know was if anyone knows if they will be showing this anywhere? and i figured it could serve as a match thread as well..

    this will be the first time we will play pato so i want to watch our 14.7 million euro investment...

    the game is on thursday... i assume by the non-responses, no one knows if this is showing anywhere or if its being shown at all?

    I don't know, if i find one, then i will post it, but no links are there on myp2p.eu at this time.

    as for euros versus pounds, it was 15M euros for the release clause, but 15M pounds counting all the bonuses to pato and his agent.

    The funny thing about this game is that since we have so many players missing because of international duty, our scout and ex-midfielder Leonardo will be playing. :D

    Awesome, maybe he'll earn a recall to Brazil. :D

    Definitely one of my favorites, even among all of our great 1990s players.

    It's also Leonardo's birthday today. The squad that'll play is on the website and it does look like Pato is going to wear the No.7 shirt, Carlo's kid is in the squad too!

    Here is the squad:

    GOALKEEPERS: Fiori, Kalac;
    DEFENDERS: Bonera, Cafu, Digao, Favalli, Nesta;
    MIDFIELDERS: Brocchi, Emerson, Ancelotti (39), Aubameyang P. (53), Furlan (42), Rampinini (40);
    STRIKERS: Aubameyang W., Gilardino, Pato (7), Caraglia (38), Cosner (41)

    Of course Ronaldo is still out. Who will play their first competitive match for Milan this year, Pato or Ronaldo?

    well, pato is scheduled for january, so this is a no-brainer...pato, of course :rolleyes: :p.

    in all seriousness, we need gila to come through this season, so hopefully the fans grin and bear it, and get behind him.

    This is pretty much a testimonial to Dynamo Kyiv. So that's why you will see Leonardo and Sheva playing.

    The most promising youngsters in the squad are of course Pato, Pierre Aubameyang, and Riccardo Caraglia.

    Why didn't they schedule it before the Serie A began?

    Didn't see the first half because I couldn't find a link. But now that we've got one going I've seen the highlights and can give a quick recap of the goals.

    1st goal - Cross from the wing to an unmarked man around the penalty spot (looked like Nesta's man)

    2nd goal - Shambolic defending on the corner. The CK dropped literally into a group of Milan players and it deflected off one of them and straight to a Kiev player who slammed it home.

    3rd goal - Pato rises above a crowd of players and heads home a cross from the wing.

    Gila scores a beauty to pull the game even.

    Valerio Fiori is playing incredibly well in net. He looks better than Dida at reacting to set pieces.
