This game isn't the final it's a semifinal game, New England is playing Carolina in the other semifinal game.

If it comes down to it, I'd rather NE's trophy case remains empty than dallas' expand.

Don't worry there both going to lose tonight, so New England will still have 0, and F*C* Dallas will remain at 1.

Sure it is. What the hell does someone from Oswego know anyway.

My bad. It does represent a chance for Dallas to get embarrassed again.

To be honest, it wouldn't be a huge embarassment to lose at Seattle. These guys have already beaten Chivas and Colorado and have like 1 loss in their last 15 games.

Its a joke to consider FC Dallas our arch rivals.

Heck NY and RSL pisses me off more then Dallas, but to tell you the truth nothing makes me more happy then to beat Toronto, I dont know why but after their one win against us I just hate them more then any other team in the MLS.

The USLlive web feed is top quality. No UTube-level crap. Great looking crowd in Seattle.

0-0 at around 30 minutes in.

Oooo So sorry I dint join the great BIGSOCCER.com before you, I'm such a horrible fan.

Damn maybe I should have joined the Cubs board back in 1902, I guess I must not be a great Cubs fan either.

Dallas sucks, but honestly, it's not 1999 anymore. New England is the team full of whores, bitches, and Joey Franchino wannabes.

Seattle looks pretty impressive. Ref has had plenty of opportunities to change this one but has shown terrific restraint. You know this can't be an MLS ref.

I think I have to disagree about the ref. He looks absolutely awful out there. As I'm typing this he just told a player to get 10 yards away from a Seattle FK, but the player refused and so the ref just let him stay there.

    Terrible.

    Poor Seattle. 2-0 Dallas.

(red card to the WRONG PLAYER. it doesn't matter for this game, but it's priceless)

lol, that's the thing . . . back when chicago-dallas was an intense rivalry, you didn't even have to have regular access to the internet to hate the burn. It came across on-screen for over 90 minutes every time the two teams played each other. The only real access I had to MLS before 2001 was through espn and fox sports net, but the hatred for dallas came easily.

NE is our #1 rival in my mind, and as sad as it is, I hate toronto more than dallas these days.

Seattle looked real solid. As did the 10,000 fans strategically placed on one side of the stadium. They are on the current short list for an MLS side in '09. I hope it happens.

Oh I wasn't saying the ref was GOOD - I'm just saying that MLS refs look for opportunities to be part of the outcome - like they want to f***ing celebrities or something. This ref should have awarded a PK to Seattle near the end of the first half, but he didn't. I should have given yellows all over the pitch for 90 minutes, but he didn't. An MLS ref would have given 3 reds and probably 3 pks in last night's affair, just to get a mention in the byline.

Dallas's time wasting antics were deplorable. Ruiz took his sweet time leaving the field for a sub. Sala throwing the ball out of play after Seattle scored. What classless turd blossoms.
Seattle had some chances, but they were stricken with the Chicago disease of looking for a perfect pass instead of trying to shoot.
Oh well. Dallas has had to work for this one. Charleston took them into overtime. So did Seattle.
Chin up and chest out Sounders.
