To an extent, it makes sense because the club's got no fans and Ulsan doesn't have enough interest in football to be hosting two clubs. The problem with moving the club to Seoul though is that massive amount of investment should be expected and the players and the staff who got the team to the K-League will likely be right back in the N-League. If Jung Mongjoon can make promises to guarantee the players playing time in the K-League somehow, I, as a Ulsan Hyundai supporter, have no f*cking problem with it whatsoever.

So you don't think there's anything wrong with re-locating clubs let alone the fact that president of a FA is trying to re-locate a club that he never gave two shites about when they were in second division? And believe it or not, Ulsan Mipo Josun actually have an official supporters' group, just like the grandbleu, doghoshin, and etc.
Yes. But I already discussed that, I wanted to know if there were more reasons to believe what he was doing was wrong. They have an official supporters' group, everyone does. The problem here is that the fans aren't big enough to support a K-League club and not even big enough to convince the club to stay in the city. Not to mention because the city already has another club, it will be twice as hard for them to develop a local interest should they have been located elsewhere or in a city as big and as football-interested as Seoul. While I'm aware how much wrong this is, to an extent, I can understand what it is he's trying to do. If you are Hyundai trying to build a fanbase with strong home-town interest and a new club is set to arrive, would you not feel threatened? It's a business move, a business move a head of FA should not be doing, but still a business move. I hope he doesn't do it, but if it happens, I'm going to accept it just like how I accepted the Anyang LG move. Mind you, I grew up in 의왕시 so I know perfectly well what it feels to lose a team.
Who is still actually owed money for the construction of the Seoul World Cup stadium? Is it the K-League or the KFA? Any new Seoul-based team that wants to play at Nanjido has to front up about $7.5m in order to do so, but I'm not sure which entity is actually owed the cash - bit of a conflict of interests for Chung to take over a team and use some of his company money to sort out a gaping hole in the KFA accounts if it's them who are owed, no? Anyway it makes a bit of a mockery of the whole 'promotion' issue, really.
As a fan of Anyang LG Cheetahs myself, just because you understand how it feels to lose a team, that doesn't mean the rest of people should as well. And since when did fans have to convince their clubs to stay in their city regardless of how big the fanbase is?
