Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] never liked Fulham. in all the years i watched the Premiership, i never liked Fulham. to borrow the words of Mr Graham Taylor "do i not like that" this year is no different. know the seasons still prepubescent, but do i not like what ive seen so far. neither do i like or rate the Americans at Fulham, or all the other signings. and what with McBride being injured long term, its doesnt look too good. not that i rate him, but perhaps that only serves to highlight my indifference to Fulham. i predict Boro and Reading is gonna finnish ahead of Fulham. of course, i do not mind being proved wrong this season. infact i will welcome it.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] hmm i dont agree. the 2 matches i've seen of them this year, they did play some decent football. and with the goals david healy will surely put it. reading will finish lower then fulham.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Well on the bright side of things, if you want to go see Seol play it's much easier to get Fulham tickets (compared to Reading) AND obviously since they're in London travel is bit easier as well. I'd better start working on the wife to let me go to Craven Cottage again in 2008
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Didn't Fulham have the worst away record last season in the Premiership? Good luck, Seol.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Nah, Reading will establish themselves as a mid table club, while Fulham will be fighting relegation each season. Disappointed by the move, wish he would've stayed and fought for his place in Coppell's Reading side.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] I agree. To those in the know or who have folllowed him over the years, the move just comes off reaking of a guy who wimps on competition and would rather go to a team where its easier for him to get play...even if the team is as big as choker as Fullham. I just dont understand what he was thinking. Well maybe....with all those fits he was throwing on the Reading sidelines, one has to wonder how bad his relationship was with Copps.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] hey man, if your going to go, let me know... i might head up there too.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] It's a good move for him personally because I felt that he wasn't being appreciated and he really didn't gel with Reading. The team color doesn't really suit Seol because they play pressure football for 90 minutes relying on swift counters. That's not what Seol's good at, he knows it and Coppell knew it, so it's a win win for both sides. What Reading needs is someone in the wings that can track back constantly. Seol's the exact opposite, he loves to move foward and get involved in the offensive play. As for who's a better team, I'm not gonna say because it's like comparing the heights of acorns.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] i think we are giving seol too much credit. after his toe injury last year he really did suck. he doesn't hustle and moves at the speed of a turtle. only lately has he started to move around and I was encouraged by this... he was helping out defenders... also encouraging. i think he's been playing well lately and i hope he doesn't revert to being crappy again.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] doesnt seem so nope.... http://www.goal.com/en-US/PartitaInCorso.aspx?IdPartita=9827&stato=First half
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Seol could be seen in Craven Cottage with his wife and kids. Fulham drew with Spurs 3-3
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Seol's wife is checking out YP. As for the ajumma, who knows.. it could be his mother in law.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Congrats to Seol! I hope you own respect you deserve in Fulham. Seol should better not get kicked out like Inamoto Junichiro!
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] It probably is his mother in law, that explains the distance between them lol. But, I remember seeing Seol's mom in a WC 2002 documentary and she was like one of those old country side ahjummas
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] doesnt seol face more competition in fullham than he did in Reading? somebody enlighten me.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Fulham got 14 (15?) new transfer. nobody knows what the f(ck their is at this point. From what I read, nobody is to impress with their tarnsfers neither. But most people think Seol got more chance start at Fulham, but its anyones gues
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] Well I find it peculiar that with all the denial and rumors that were going on, that Seol DOES actually find himself at Fullham...which leads me to believe that the talks were infact going on this entire time. Therefore, Im gonna say that stipulations were built-in before this trade was made, one of them being the one that seemed most important to Seol...playing time. Im pretty sure he insisted on being a first teamer no matter how many signings Fullham made this window.
Re: Seol at Fulham Part I [R] watch Seol and his family in TV interviews/clips or at least look at other photos before you make such a negative comment, espcially when its more directed at the family of the player than to the player himself.
