Have we seen the last of Kamani at Wolfsburg? Not in the 18 the last month......not looking good for our guy.

Die Wolfen have spent a lot of money this off-season.

So, chances are that Hill is buried deep on the squad.

But I figure, as with Adu, he may get a chance at Cups and so on.

Magath, however, better get some points and soon.

I'm a horrible person, therefore I have to point out that "den Wölfen" is the dative. The nominative plural is die Wölfe.

I know I make mistakes while writing in English all the time here... still, I think this corecting thing is some kind of obsessive-compulsive disorder with me :D.

So has he been playing with their second team?

What division do they (2nd team) play in?

3rd division, but Hill has not played for the second team this season so far.

I know this is a difficult question to answer, but do you guys honestly think Kamani Hill would be starting regularly in MLS right now?

It's hard to say becuase no one can claim to have seen him play much in the past year. I recently re-watched the US/Sweden match and, on second viewing, came away impressed with Hill's work in that match. Still, it came late and Sweden had already scored, so it's not a perfect measure. That said, when else has he played?

The one thing I really like about BL teams is that their reserves play in meaningful league matches. I always thought Hill had a year or two of Wolfsburg II play in store before he got to the first squad. Color me puzzled that he's not playing for either.

Yes, yes he would be. Maybe I'm wrong here, but weren't Charlie Davies and Kamani Hill the top two prospects for the 2007 Draft before they opted to play in Europe?

Davies was but top prospect does not equal 'starter' especially in the present times.

Hill has to show himself off in the Cup (Pokal) matches, if he makes it that far up the W-burg's depth charts. With that out of the way by midseason, a loan to a team like Hansa (those guys could use lots and lots of talent) would be the best solution for this year.

Well, the top 3 draft picks this year (Edu, Soumare, Harrington) are all starters for their respective teams. Last season, the top two picks (Wynne and Ballouchy) were also regular starters. However, the top forward prospects in recent drafts (Ngwenya, Taylor, Barrett, Garey, Movsisyan) haven't fared so well.

You'd think he'd have to be playing somewhere (or making the bench for the first team) to get into those matches. He's fallen into a black hole.
