what do you think of the mls clubs? new england- no problems with them, they could do with thier own stadium however dc united- good team, good fans, think they'll win the mls cup this year, great club for the league new york- could use a better name and higher attendances, new stadium should be a boost kansas city- shame their crowds suck so bad columbus- no problem at all chicago- blanco is a great addition, should improve greatly next year tfc- sure they have good fans, but i can throw streamers at someone too. houston- good team, and just like dc, good fans too chivas usa- the cool people from la fc dallas- okay team, but bad fans colorado- no problem rsl- the fact that they arent in last is shocking la- horrible
Reheheally? May I direct the jury's attention to exhibit "douche"... http://youtube.com/watch?v=IrBbJUPVkm0
Well the way non-tfc fans always brag about TFC and their fanbase here, I think they might be the best club ever.
ive seen the crowds lately, they havent been filling the stands much lately. might have something to do with the horrible team
Not really. The games are still sold out, but people usually come late for the games because Toronto traffic and CNE. Also, a lot of people chill at the beer garden instead of watching the game on the stands. Keep in mind that scalpers do buy a lot of these tickets and try to sell them over face value. As for team, they lost two of their key players for rest of the season while other players are still recovering from their injuries. So of course they're going to suck especially for an expansion team.
just have a question, why dont they seel tickets for just the beer garden?, capacity could be raised that way
There are hardly any seats at beer garden. People just stand there watch the game and drink their beer there. But Toronto FC has added more seats though. They added seats behind the goal and sideline on the field.
really think that they should fill that beer garden part in, would probably make for better atmosphere
I like topics like this so I'm gonna respond!! New England - My second favorite team! Some of the overall best players in the league are on this team (besides DC) Good fan support, good stadium when those horrible football lines aren't on the field. Dc United - Obviously one of the better teams in the league. I have no idea how they stay under the salary cap with all those big name players though. Good fan support, though their fans are just like the Yankees fans. Completely stuck up assholes who shit on every other team and every player with nothing to do with DC United. New York - I don't know why people think METROstars is a better name then Red Bulls but whatever. Not a personal fan of the coach. If they can ever find a way to bring in the fans they will probably have the best fans in the league. Kansas City - Boring. One overrated striker doesn't make a team great. Ugly stadium, ugly jerseys, no fan support. Plus I hate their direct kick announcers. Columbus - Average really. Became fun to watch once Schelloto got there. Pretty decent crowd, and I always like the color yellow. Chicago - Slowly becoming one of my favorite teams. Lots of quality players with one of the best crowds in MLS now with Blanco. Plus for some reason Barrett is one of my favorite players, and I think he is one of the best strikers in MLS even though he only has 4,5 goals. TFC - It's really a pity they are so bad. I remember begging for them to score in their first couple games. When they finally scored in that home match is was truly a memorable moment. Hopefully their fans stick around. Houston - Eh. Neutral really. De'ro is exciting to watch though even though it seems like he is having a lackluster year. Once again a pretty good crowd. Chivas USA - Scum. I hate the team, and I hate the fans. I'm a Galaxy fan though so what do you expect. FC Dallas - I hate Carlos Ruiz, but they have one of the best midfields in all of MLS. Fun to watch them play against Houston. Colorado - Another neutral team for me. Not a big fan of their jerseys this year or last. Pablo is great, Gomez has irked me. Plus they got rid of Beckerman who I always liked watching. Rsl - Eh, another netural team for me. I like Robbie Findley though. Horribly ugly field like all the NFL teams. Galaxy - Greatest soccer team in MLS!
New England - Good team, I like Shalrie Joseph, I dislike Twellman. Generally root for them unless they're playing New York Dc United - They can be fun to watch. New York - My team. They've made some mistakes but they have fun players where it counts for making it entertaining (in the offense.) Angel, Altidore, sometimes Richards are a joy to watch. And Mathis is always a cause for entertainment. Kansas City - They can be fun to watch, although not as frequently as DC. Columbus - I like schellotto, and they can be fun to watch. Chicago - I don't like 'em. TFC - Good for the league as far as the crowds go...indifferent towards em. Houston - Good team but woefully inconsistent at times. But i suppose such is the nature of the league. Chivas USA - Fun to watch, deserve better fan support. FC Dallas - Indifferent. Colorado - Don't like em. Rsl - Hate them. Galaxy - Loathe them above all others.
New England - No opinion other than Reiss and Twelman are fail. Dc United - Lots of depth. New York - Good to watch with Angel and Altidore Kansas City - Fast Columbus - Schiggi and Schelloto. Chicago - Good soccer with a decent coach. TFC - Best fan support, lousy soccer. Houston - Hate them. Chivas USA - My team..Best team in LA. FC Dallas - Hate them too. Colorado - Is Clavijo still coaching? Rsl - Played some great matches, too far in between. Galaxy - Laughing stock of the world. Lacks depth but are rich in actors, big mouths, fame hunters and season ticket holding defectors.
