Right foot bounced off ball or player and creamed his left ankle.

Looked more like a knee to me.

O love how Veganes and Harmes are playing 10 yards in front of the defense.

Wow LA sucks. Sucks for Becks right now. WOW, just seriously wow.

Is the Klinnsman rumor true that if Yallop does not win tonight that he will lose his job and Klins takes over??

    I saw that.

The Beckham thing looked pretty bad. When two guys kick opposite sides of the ball at the same time, the guy with the worse ankle is going to lose.

Except he doesn't have a work-visa yet and wouldn't be eligible to play anyway, and likely won't be able to suit up against United.

Looks like a knee injury to me, too. The worst case scenario is pretty bad.

I got $20 that says Beckham doesn't play again this year. OK, no I don't but the combination of injury, LA not having anything to play for, and Lalas' spite makes it at least plausible in my eye.

And we'll have plenty of time to remember this day when we're all watching MLS's successor league playing on a high school field in Gainesville.

    (I'm exaggerating, I know.)

I figure Beckham should be fine. Now both ankles are hurt -- doesn't that even out somehow?

So is the time when the L.A. fans get up and leave? (Half of 'em probably just walked in):p

Right, but you have to expect, or at least I do, that if they had gotten by LA and to the final, they would've accelerated Denilson's signing to allow him to be playing tonight.

It's his knee, they're wrapping it now.
