we need to bring Fatkhullo Fatkhuloev to america and cap him now. america is sitting at the soccer cross roads. from where i am standing there are two paths we can follow:

path a- put all our world cup hopes in the hands of altidore and nimo. we play tajikistan in the last and deciding game of group play and end up losing with fatkhullo putting up a hat trick and ending our hopes of glory in 2010.

path b- lure fatkhullo over to america with promises of riches and world cup glory. fatkhullo leads the american national team to an unprecidented and unexpected world cup title while scoring 22 goals over the course of the tournament. fatkhullo goes on to marry britney spears, start his own clothing line, appears in xxx movie titled "f*ck like fatkhullo" all the while transforming the landscape of american soccer.

the future, with fatkhullo, looks bright bradley. take notice. cap him NOW!!!

as serious as the posts hailing nimo and altidore as the players leading the usmnt to wc glory in 2010. at least my tajik boy knows how to win.

Why do you bother going on here if you think we suck so bad? Just don't watch USA is my advice to you if you are going to be this negative.

so it's not ok to support crappy teams? i am being realistic, not necessarily negative. i love the usmnt. i watch every game. but they suck. that's reality. and i really do think Fatkhullo Fatkhuloev would help them. he produced. he has a strange name and isn't as athletic as eddie johnson but the guy produces. if we had players that just produced, no hype, just produced we'd be alot better. don't you guys ever get tired of hyping over rated young american soccer players only to see them fall short of your unrealistic predictions?

Well he has nothing to do wtih usa and never will unless he is in the opposite jersey we really arent that sucky we are far from a super power but we are not crap that is for sure. What is it with you and this kid? He scored on our u-17's and you have this huge man crush on him? Not picking on you I don't even know who he is he is the kid that scored for tajikstan right? Has he ever even visited the us? I don;t get why you keep saying we should cap him??? (Again just asking because I have never even heard of him) But I do agree we need to stop getting carried away with having the best athletes and create soccer players.

Suck....What it is sucking right now is the stuborness of Sunnil Gulati into recognizing that our players have outgrown any coaching that USA could offer.... Just check John Hackworth numbers 47- 32 -4 ....32 games lost at his last job with University of Fla....:(

Once he gets out of that cage, he'd be unstopable.

the results seen in wc 2002 will not be seen again. we had some young athletic talent and the team was relatively unknown. no one expected much out of the usmnt and i think opponents did not take the games as seriously as they should have. bruce had the team play counter attacking soccer and it worked great because we had some athletes and every one took us for granted. it didnt work in wc 2006 because everyone was ready for the same counterattack with the same players in 2002. they were prepared for what was about to come. the us couldnt play teams straight up and even in the ghana game when a win was necessary they still played for the counter.

Are we talking about one person or two people here? Maybe it's one of those conjoined twins who are connected at the waist.

I would rather cap Boltak The Rapist. He has incredible technical skill in tight spaces and knows how to score with force! :p

I'd look into rounding up 10 other guys that can play together first. The USMNT today is a bore.

you haven't heard of Fatkhullo Fatkhuloev?? where have you been? he's currently playing for the tajikistan u17 team at the u17 wc that beat the us u17's. he put a goal on the us team. in case you didnt know everyone that does well in the u17 world cup goes on to become a world class player so since he isn't cap tied (or his he?? anyone know for sure???) to tajikistan yet because he's only a youth we should go after him and get him to come to america and play for us.

How do you pronounce Fatkhullo Fatkhuloev's name?

    Is fat-KOOL-oh fat-KOOL-oh-ev right?

I haven't been watching the U-17 World Cup, and am interested. If it's too hard, people are just gonna call him fatty. :D
