i think the galaxy should look at Fatkhullo Fatkhuloev of tajikistan. he's looked really good so far in the u17 wc and could probably help the galaxy attack. does anyone know what club team he plays for right now??

    Who?
I think we need to avoid going to the two extremes-33+ and -18's. A couple of 25-9 year olds would suit me just fine.

Dinamo Dushanbe. Fat's on my TJK League fantasy team this year. Last year I came in 3rd overall and won a camel scrotum hat. It's sweet.

Hope I'm not too off topic. If we fire Yallop (which I think we should), may I suggest we bring in Jorvan Vieira, a 54-year-old Brazilian coach who in July of this year led Iraq to win the Asia Cup, beating Australia, S. Korea, Saudi Arabia...

He left the Iraq National Team right after winning that Championship. He may still be available right now. Australia and S. Korea are expressing interest in hiring him.

Book him now. We don't need Klinsmann. Klinsmann is too expensive. And tell you the truth, Germany did not look that impressive against Argentina and Italy during 2006 WC. I think lucks had alot to do with germany's wins during 2006 WC. I was never convinced that Klinsmann was "the one". Don't get me wrong, Klinsmann was my #1 during 1990 WC in Italy.

Jorvan Vieira has more coaching experiences and has a proven track records.

that is a bit off topic. the topic is Fatkhullo Fatkhuloev. i heard lalas was looking at him and i think he could be a great addition. he would definately help the galaxy attack. he'd give becks a target and might even supplant donovan as the go to attacking player. how much would the galaxy be willing to shell out for a top attacking player like fatkuloev?

Is he a top attacking player?

TBH I've never seen him play, but I doubt he'll be on a lot in whatever league he plays in. Saying that he's more likely to go to one of the bigger Eastern European clubs.

I'd only think he was any great shakes when other clubs express an interest. Plus he'd have to adapt, and might not end up all that good. I'll reserve judgment until I see him play.

the guy took the u17 us team to school. that team is comprised of a bunch of guys who will more than likely end up starting in the mls or playing abroad. he proved to be more of an impact player than nimo, a guy i am sure the galaxy would love to have. i'd rate Fatkhullo Fatkhuloev as one of the top ten players in the u17 wc. luckily he's still somewhat unknown in the soccer world as he is from tajikistan and well they don't really get a whole lot of publicity. jump on this one fast lalas. no need for the old former superstars you now have. i honestly think if this kid comes over to the galaxy he would be the missing link for the teams attacking woes. everyone knows that the u17 wc is the breakout tournament for all big time world class players. lalas...don't hesistate on this one.
