    Dave,

    Best Three Teams?

I also think Chivas look really good, team work is good and skill level is very high, and that home record is creamy.

Second I still place in-a-rut Houston and think New England edge out DCU for me.

About Beckham's no comment from the Chivas game. I understand your fury and anger at that rotten performance, but Beckham lost two in two days, one against the national rivals B-team(!) once against the local rivals (badly) and was involved in a brawl in the middle of the game.

He grew up at Manchester United and with Alex "Hairdryer" Ferguson. The natural reaction of a United player in those circumstances is to play turtle and disappear in your shell. Is it justifiable? No, probabaly not, although I scratch my head to what he would say? Total honesty? "We were shit, I'm knackered and half crocked and could do with being able to recuperate?"

On the other hand, like your podcast.

Dave has such the perfect podcast for bigsoccer. Full of hyperbole and knee jerk reactions. Mood that changes from week to week. Beckham goes from the best player to ever be in the league to being crap. It's entertaining, not a whole lot of substance though.

No substance? How about the the playoff double speak from lat week?

Oh you are right, that wasn't especially substantative either. I think it would be a better cast if he actually backed up what he said instead of shying away from questions. Just my opinion anyway.

His points on pressure this week are dead on though. Pressure wins in this league. His thoughts on the Galaxy and Becks are spot on too.
