It is strange enough that you are starting threads on our own forum. I could possibly tolerate this as long as you kept it respectable. However since you didnt why dont you go f*ck off you stupid troll.

I got a stat for you.

    Portland - 2nd place

    Puerto Rico - 6th place

Why dont you go crawl back in your bunker before you get blown away by the next hurricane.

Portland has 47 points. Puerto Rico has 39.

Everybody beat up on California this year. Some very lucky teams got to face them 5 times due to an unfair schedule.

    Without California in the picture:

Portland 32 points, Puerto Rico 35 points.

Suddenly your 2nd place doesn't look so impressive...

It is not quantity, it's quality.

As for your hurricane comment, you are not worthy a response.

You can come up with all the what ifs you want. So what we got to play Cali 5 times. So what we just had to play 3 games in 4 days, 2 on the road across an entire continent. We probably would have performed much better if this wasnt the given "fact", not "what if". We are still in 2nd, and you are still in 6th. Last i checked a season is 28 games, not 1. Now go the f*ck away, both of you.

Seriously man, you need to leave. You are trolling which is breaking the rules on bigsoccer and is just not cool. It would have been different if you would have came in here and said good game and what not and been chill about it. You didnt, you made inflammatory remarks and i called you out on it. If you were to do this on any other forum with regular activity then you would elicit the same response. So leave, dont come back, or i will report you.

Sorry Gooner, but I haven't said anything but facts. You might have not liked the facts, which is understandable, but at no time have I been offensive nor made any inflamatory statements.

On the other hand you have used offensive language at me and Intru and made an insultive statement; to which I have been civil and kept back a response.

I am leaving because this subject is closed.

Just needed to set it straight as to who has been making the inflammatory remarks.

These are factual statements but are also inflammatory. If a tottenham fan would have came into the Arsenal forum and said similar things i can guarantee you he would have been flamed far worse then you have been and would have been yellow carded. No please leave, both of you.

Intru, pay no attention to that clown.

I think someone was trying to say hi to you on the Timbers board. You should stop by and say hi again sometime.

According to your profile your only 29, not exactly light years ahead of me. I dont think you need to be insulting me based upon my youth seeing as im 23. Anyhow and why should you care if i choose to tell someone to piss off based upon the rules of this forum. Based upon my experiences on bigsoccer the same would have happened in any other forum on bigsoccer if a similar incident would have occurred.

As the great philosopher of our time Aaliyah once said, "Age ain't nothing but a number".

We played a game. We lost. They post stats. You start crying. Not sure where these vaunted board rules were broken. I think you just have sour grapes because we lost. Since everyone here on BS basically refuses to interact with us anyway because of some posters's's infinitely thin skin (not a real loss, by the way), I suppose you are an appropriate ambassador.

I'm sure I'm the only one that doesn't appreciate self-appointed mods. Stay strong, amigo!

Well that statement pretty much contradicts your points in reference to my youth which im assuming you gathered after discovering my age.

Moving on, like i explained earlier, in any other forum a similar incident would have elicited the same response. I would dare say a far worse one then mine too from some incidents i have witnessed. I have no problem with people from other teams coming into our forum and wanting to have an intelligent discussion about what not. However i dont see how BoriQa's statements are intelligent at all, i believe they are inflammatory, especially given the circumstances of us losing. He should know not to do what he did and then complained about the response from me.

Finally im a realist, given the circumstances i didnt expect us to win at PR. 3 games in 4 days, long travel, poor record at PR, etc. Sure it sucks to lose but we are already in the playoffs and already in the top 3 and i am quite happy with this so to me the rest of the regular season matches mean f*ck all.

Gooner, I was gone, but you brought me back.

Now knowing your young age helps understand your immature responses.

Now the "you believe" part allows us to have a civilized argument.

These are the facts that you claimed (or you believed) were inflammatory.

I fail to see how comments 1 and 3 could be inflammatory to you or any Timbers fan.

The Islanders qualified to the playoffs! Great news for us, big woo for you.

The Islanders are on a 3-game undefeated streak. Big woo for you (I don't see any Miami fans complaining, they lost the first two of these 3 games).

Comment 2: The Islanders avenge April 21 win. I'm acknowledging that the Timbers won the first game between our teams. So we are even in the season. Big woo.

Comment 4: Islanders undefeated at home against the Timbers. A fact we are happy for.

Had you done your homework you could have argued right back "Yeah, but the Timbers are undefeated in Portland against PR"

The Timbers have won 4 out of 4 at home. You would have not got a response back from us because this is a fact.

Luckily we are not in a tottenham or arsenal forum.

I didn't complain. You bluffed, and I called. You claimed I was inflammatory, and I had you show your hand of coarse language and inflammatory responses.

One of the few mature and civilized things you said.

I'll just keep reading your intelligent and interesting conversation with DaveH.

    I'm gone again. Au revoir!

Um, you should know by now that nobody's comments ever represent their fellow supporter's club. Unless they directly say it, everyone knows their comments are their own, especially in the Timbers Army!!

I'd lay off the "youth" comments buddy. The "youth" movement is a large part of the TA's growth and prosperity, why on earth would you say such a thing? Would you say that on talktimbers with more Timbers fans reading it?

    Okay I'm out. :D
