CSKA has signed 19-year-old U21 Polish international Dawid Janczyk to a 5 year contract. He had 3 goals in the recent U20 World Cup. Good signing.

Both teams had chances but neither team could put the ball in the back of the net. The result doesn't hurt CSKA because our rivals lost points too. However, it was a missed opportunity to make up ground.

 

Odiah recently signed a contract extension to remain in CSKA until December 2009. Too bad he can't stay healthy.

Only for a little more than the first half, and mind you, CSKA was resting some starters. Truth be told, I expected much more from Caner - he looks lost on the pitch whenever he gets a chance to play and really belongs on the reserve team at this point in time.
