    Highlight from todays game:

    http://www.gubbultras.se/video/070718bajen-kff.ram

Charlie is involved in one situation where he heel the ball to Castro-Tello and then have a chance to score but Paulinho is in the way because he is so goal-horny (an expression in Sweden)

Was that Davies with the little backheel shown just before his shot?

    Yes it was.

CD did OK yesterday. (Holy s**t, that rimes!) I hope he'll play in the St.Xll against Utrecht this sunday. He won't be in the same spotlight then, as in Allsvenskan, wich may take the pressure off from his shoulders. Maybe he can scare the Dutch with his tecnique!

Btw. I'm a bit drunk, you know, that kind of two-beers-just-to-make-things-a-bit-funnier-drunk, so that's why my english is so terrible.;)

    Edit: More like six-beers-just-to...

Edit again, im up to 8 now

In Finland, they make runs to St. Petersburg for alcohol.

From Sweden, you have to swim further.

But you can probably have fun weekends in Talinn.

That's an option. But right now, Paulinho and Andersson is the best option. They play better together.

Usually, when Charlie play, Petter Andersson move down to the left midfield place and Laitinen sit on the bench. But the latest couple of matches, Laitinen has performed very well on his position. So Charlie will have a hard time taking Laitinen's place.

If you're not following me, I can try to show you:
Here's the ordinary MF/FW lineup today:

    MF: Zengin, Chanko, Eguren, Laitinen
    FW: Paulinho, Andersson

    With Charlie on top:

    MF: Zengin, Chanko, Eguren, Andersson
    FW: Paulinho, Davies

So, you se, he'll have to take Laitinen's place to get a place in the lineup. The alternative is that he'll take Paulinho's place (...not impossible), or Zengin's place (Wich is more likely). And that would get us following lineup:

    MF: Andersson, Chanko, Eguren, Laitinen
    FW: Paulinho, Davies

Trying to give you a clear view. ;)

Notice, some teams has played 16 matches and Hammarby only has 14.

    1 Elfsborg 16 8 4 4 23-16 28
    2 Halmstad 14 8 3 3 22-14 27
    3 Djurgården 15 8 3 4 21-13 27
    4 Kalmar FF 14 8 1 5 21-13 25
    5 Hammarby 14 6 3 5 20-14 21
    6 Malmö FF 14 5 5 4 17-13 20
    7 Helsingborg 14 5 4 5 21-19 19
    8 IFK Göteborg 14 5 4 5 21-19 19
    9 Gais 14 5 4 5 13-14 19
    10 Gefle 14 4 5 5 14-16 17
    11 AIK 14 4 4 6 11-16 16
    12 BP 14 3 4 7 12-25 13
    13 Örebro 14 2 6 6 12-21 12
    14 Trelleborg 15 3 2 10 14-29 11

    Upcoming schedule:
    Helsingborg - AIK
    BP - Trelleborg
    Halmstad - Gais
    Kalmar FF - Gefle
    IFK Götebor - Örebro
    Hammarby - Malmö FF ( 1/8 )

Today Hammarby will meet Utrecht at home in the Intertoto cup. Match starts in 5 and a half hours.
If I was coach, I would defenatly play CD from start today, due to the heavy matching. But according to those who have watched the training sessions, CD will probably start of the bench.

CD got about 20 minutes in todays game (0-0) and was the only one that did the unexpected in Hammarby.
He had 2 fine occations where dribbled past the defense and served the ball dangerously infront of the goal, but with no result.

Unfortunalty the Coach sees something special in Paulinho (again the worst player in Hammarby) that will never put Paulinho on the bench

That is why i suggested Davies and Anderson up top.....Paulinho is average from what i see.

Davies needs to get some goals of the bench though, or at least get some assists.

Until he proves he can score, he'll never be selecte ahea of a striker who has. as someone said, gettings a few goals from the bench will make it hard for the coach to keep him out. however, he never seemed dangerous when shooting, at least from the 2 games i've seen. as strong runner and a competant passer, perhaps a midfield or wing spot might be easier to grab? its not uncommon for a forward to break into the team in these positions and move up front when opportunity calls.

Hey, Paulinho has scored 4 goals this season, CD - none!
It's better to wait to the opponent's defense get tired, then CD can get in and dribble their asses of.

THOUGH, it's a bit strange that Tony changed Laitinen to Charlie insted of Paulinho. I think Laitinen was better at that point.

Strange ?... The Danish Vikings learned the English to pronounce "by"(village) more than 1,000 years ago (Do I have to mention Derby = 'Village of the Deer'), but they seem to have forgotten how to pronounce it correctly :D ..
