If I ever see Taylor Twellman wearing a US jersey again, it will be too soon.

 

Why can't we finish, this was another example of what could have been. We need to keep our heads in for the entire game, we gave this one away. YOur thoughts

Going to the Copa America with this team was pointless.

When you have 2 free headers inside the 6 in an international match, and neither results in a shot on frame, let alone a goal, you lose.

I almost want to neg rep myself for watching all the way through.

 

I've been watching US soccer long enough to know that if the US could finish then it wouldn't be the US.

 

I missed the third goal what happened

 

this tournament has been an unmitigated disaster. What positive experience have these young players learned so far? How to be embarrassed in a big tournament. I highly doubt that we are going to be better of at WC 2010 because some of these young guys got embarrassed in Venezuela in 2007. Next time only enter a tournament if you plan to bring close to your top team. Otherwise don't bother.
