This is a bit of a challenging read. Its a statement by CEO Shaun Harvey on the future of the club. The link below takes you to the statement in full. Its nice to know that everyone is acting in the best interests of the club:

I might as well thank that fat c*nt Krasner, for 'saving' our club if, according to this, he tried to liquidate it.

Am I reading that wrong or something, cause I couldn't see anything saying he tried to liquidate the club, just that it would have been forced on him cause he couldn't pay the debts.

You need to read between the lines, he doesn't specifically say it. Shaun Harvey, is neutral, but if you listen to Mr Bates hes becoming more vociferous. Personally I wouldn't trust any of them but Krasner is now actively working to stop the Bates takeover, he (according to Bates) conspired with Melvyn Levi to stop a takeover after Bates made a bid. Bates may not be popular amongst Leeds fans but Kwasner is just hated. He stands for those who would see the club go out of business. Their were better offers, from Simon Morris and the Duncan Revie people, plus Redbus and others but Bates won somehow and Krasner doesn't like it.
I don't personally trust Bates, but he does know how to shatter someones reputation without getting sued for libel.

Point of order - shouldn't this have been posted on the "Other Divisions" forum?
