Check out Brad's performance last night on the MLS video section. Bob Bradley should be looking at this lad. The closet thing to an old fashion Winger that America has produced in the last 30 years. This guy bring so many options to a team and I just love watching him.

He certainly had a great game. The goal he scored on the through ball from Barrett was a cracker. Definite GOTW candidate.

For a midfielder to get 3 goals in any game is amazing. You wonder how he would do at forward. I wonder if Bradley will pick him for Copa America. He deserves it!

I added Brad Davis to my MLS fantasy team a couple days ago and I selected him the captain, which means double the points. If I had known he was on such a long goal scoring drought, I probably would not have picked him up.

Great performance. Two great goals, especially that first one. His third goal was a well-struck PK.

He looked very good last night. That left foot is lethal. I had flashbacks to 2005 while watching that match.

I was getting depressed after his last goal. Too painful to watch.

When he played here I always wished he'd take more shots with that lethal left foot of his. He's got a nice move inside and the footwork to hold possession. If he can get a little space he can drill it. The first goal was on a line and with pace, exactly where it needed to be given the angle and how things were closing in on him.

Game was amazing considering 4 starters have Nats duty and Brad Davis' performance was the best of all. He's had a good season for the most part, it just all came together last night in high definition.

Davis and Clark are examples of players who had good years and high expectations in their first years, then were written off by many after a poor or injury-ridden sophomore year. However, EQ coaches could recognize the talent, obtain their services, and help them blossom.

Maybe he will go unprotected by Houston in the expansion draft?

I felt like these guys were blossoming out since the first set of starters weren't there to block their performances. Getting a chance to be seen.

Totally agree, John. He is on my short list of those I hope our Quakes might be able to lure back to SJ once they get going.

I still remember watching him on his second day of workouts with the Quakes out at West Valley. They were scrimmaging and Brad took a free kick from about 25-30 yards out. It was a laser, it hit net in the upper left 90 and it totally froze Pat Onstad...didn't even move to try and stop it.

I'd love to have him back!

Davis is an excellent MLS player but too one-dimensional for the international game. Kind of a poor man's Eddie Lewis, very similar game but not nearly as athletic as Eddie and nto as good a defender

He scored 3 goals and now is on the bench in KC? I wonder why?

Yeah, I always thought the Kinnear-Yallop philosophy was to stay with and field the team that won the last game. That didn't happen today.

They won either way so I guess Dom knows what he is doing.

Of course he does. But the idea was to give the successful team a further chance to work together.

I guess bench warmers are also considered part of the team DeRosario was tired from the USA match and I guess they figured they could win w/out him after going up 1-0.
