I've got a virtual walkover against a five day old team. I'm PICing to recover from last week's MOTS. If I score enough, I could conceivably take over first place this week.

    Er...apparently the guy didn't set a lineup, so I got a walkover.

If you'll excuse me, I'll be twiddling my thumbs for the next hour and a half.

real new york - STL RAMS at Estadio Florentino Perez
    match id # 123549831

#1 vs #3. Sold out my new 45k stadium in the rain. If i win, my chances are really good for autopromotion to IV. MOTS'ing tonight vs. a strong midfield team.

Panqueques's talent at pressing frustrated their opponents. manu's talent at pressing frustrated their opponents.

looks to be an exciting game.

Tough match on the road against a strong #5 team (match id 123511688). Both of us should be close to 300 hats and even in mid. Scoreless and eventless through 26'.

well, i had a negative weather event for my quick winger in the 20th minute or so. doesn't really matter but then in the 26th my opponent, playing a 3-5-2 with no tactic, scores on a counterattack. that's 3 special events going against me in the first half hour and i'm down 0-2.

    screwjob!!

down 1-2 with 60% possession at the half. scored on my one reported chance.

my coach better give some kind of pep talk at halftime.

Up 4-0 with 77% poss. at half to the league newcomer. He said he would own me though, guess those 10 transfers in the past week didn't help him too much.

edit: he lost one player due to injury with no sub available. it was his most expensive transfer too.

Cut it to 2-1, but I'm pessimistic of getting a result in this one. Giving up a tad of possession against a pretty good attack and def.
