While Higuain picks up a yellow card. :D
It's like Robinho, you score a goal in a match like that, how are you going to keep your cool?Robinho would've taken his pants or shoes or whatever off in that moment.

For a young player this is the greatest feeling ever.

People should just glue Ruud's shirt on him, he is just one card away from having 5 cards, and sitting one match out.

Wow, I was up till 5am and finally succumbed to sleep (game was at 6am for me). When my alarm went off at 6am I just turned it off 'meh, we'll win anyhow', first thing I do when I wake up (1pm) I check the forums from like page 4, omg omg omg awesome.

4-3 comeback from halftime! Jesus Christ I can't wait to watch a reply, this is a glorious moment for myself and any Real Madrid supporter.

HALA MADRID, THE 30th IS COMING HOME!

You're not allowed to take your shirt off. It's a yellow card.
Everybody thought Robinho got 2 yellows for his celebration(even the press) but he had got a yellow earlier in the game that no camera captioned.A 'phantom' yellow so to speak.
    :D

Question(Spoiler for nuff_said, just look away):

Am i the only person that thinks the Kameni-defender crash, that reminded me so much of the Evra - Heinze collision, would have been a foul for the goal keeper in an away match?

I've watched this over and over, and while i think while the decision has been right, it has been too right...it felt wrong to get a decision like that, those usually go against us, especially in away matches.

Nevermind, I saw the result on another forum  I saw the HL too. I have to wait 11 more hours for the replay

Robinshow got a yellow for his entire celebration. Taking off your shirt + celebrating with the fans

And no, they're not allowed to take of their shirts. Gonzo got a yellow I think

Missed the game, but caught the highlights. Interesting how Madrid's season mirrors so many of their games -- horrible first half, then an beyond-all-odds comeback in the second FTW.

My favorite detail was the banner wishing Espanyol luck in the Uefa Cup. Reps to the fans who held that one up.

Madrid is playing phenomenal football right now. First the wonderful game against Sevilla and now this thrilling comeback? What's gotten into the Galaticos lately?

    Here's a clip of Higuain's game-winning goal.

Man I wish I could be in Madrid right now, that atmosphere looks amazing.

After a bit of family bonding/shopping/eating dinner out, I'm back. And I find that somehow I've gone from Major to Mayor Duh. Interesting what one little bitty letter can do to change something, ain't it? And no, YS, I didn't buy you anything today......I'm about out of spending money after the spree my boys did.

I was telling my boys about the game over supper (when I could get a word in edgewise between their girlfriends' chatter!). I looked at photographs after the game, the one of Ruud holding up Higuain's jersey to the crowd was an awe-inspiring moment and a great insight into Ruud's character and the unity of the team.

Macaluca, great post-game comments from you as usual. Want to join me and some others in the "Ramos at RB Camp"? He didn't have the best game today, but he wasn't as stinky as some commentators like the one you heard thought. Once again, it was a back line of TWO (Canna and Ramos) because the Fullbacks were nowhere to be found.

Somewhere in Madrid at this moment, Gonzalo Higuain is too excited to sleep!

A passage from an article by Juanma Trueba at as.com:
For those who don't speak/read Spanish: in a nutshell, Trueba notes that when Ramos was moved to RB, the team gained in spirit and emotion. "And that is why a player with the ability to inspire enthusiasm can not be stuck in the center of the defense. Bad news for Cicinho and good for Metzelder."
Interesting...seems Roncero has finally got Trueba into the "Ramos at RB" camp!

I watched the game in the bar of a little hotel in the middle of nowhere about 2 hours from Panama City. The crowd was composed of a grand total of 3 - the waitress, the bartender and myself.

They didn't look too thrilled when I walked in and ask them if I could turn on the match - not really die-hard fans - but they said OK. When Raul scored they started to look interested. When Reyes scored the equalizer, they were going like "holy sh!t, what a game!". By the time Higuain scored, we were high-fiving each other. -- RM may have a pair of new converts after this afternoon's match.

BTW, How about Higuain - he has skill, he has drive and now he has goal.

Higuain could have scored 4-5 goals easy so far, if it wouldn't have been for multiple goal post bad luck.

However, the goals he scored, where worth more than just 'a goal', and have been very important. His goal in the Calderon, and the goal today are two vital goals.I don't know who could have done it if not him...after all it was the 88th minute.
