Thing with the shootout last night was Reina guessed right every single time...he's almost as good as Jens Lehmann in shootouts!

Last night we won a hugeeee match. Unfortunately, I was playing with a lot of sickness, which is why I am home from school right now (puking, the runs, it wasn't so much fun).

But basically, we played like crap the day before spring break against them, and lost 2-0, and it just sucked.

This time it was at their field, which literally, their coach lines it the minimum width.. 55 yards I think? Cause they have a defender that with that width, can throw it past far post.. therefore all throwins were like corner kicks in their atacking half. We also had the most crap ref ever.

Anyway, first 10, we get scored on off a throwin + scuffle in the box + in the net.

We come back, pretty good assist by me.. throwin on our side, I'm at about the 18 posted on a defender, I let the ball come across my body in the air, and flick it with the inside of my right foot through, one of our players runs on to it and slots it.

They score off this sweet volley... this girl just smacks it from about 30 and it dips under the crossbar. (this was all first half)

2nd half, one of our girls gets nailed in the box with the ball by the defender who can throw far (she's a little bit bigger than everyone else, so it was kind of like a freight train). We get a PK, even though the other team sees no reason why it was a PK.. tied up 2-2.

I get on a breakaway, I'm about to slot or drib the keeper when I get nailed... and the foul is on ME? Apparently I was BACKING UP INTO THE DEFENDER even though I was going FORWARD on a BREAKAWAY to SCORE. So that pissed me off pretty much.

Go into OT.. first overtime (10 min) w/ about 5 min, I get the ball about 25 yards out, turn, and have 3 defenders just chilling.. I pick one, go at her, beat her, then crank the most beautiful shot ever, upper ninety bullet.

Of course, I forgot I was playing against u17 natl team goalkeeper... and it's a given that she makes that save. *cry*. However, I will take some credit, because my shot she saved went out for a corner, which we scored the winning goal on.

And then, if anyone has ever seen American Pie, when Stiffler puts laxatives into Finch's coffee at school.. that was me across the field up the stairs to the bathroom after the game. :p

I just played for my school team, and we were losing 2-1 until the final minute when I wond a free kick on the right side of the big box. I stepped up, bent it over the wall and put it top of the far corner. Easy easy 2-2.

ANyways, whats up with all this wishing of player's legs to be broken and injured? I know for most of you it is in jest, but its been popping up a few times now and its not too cool imo.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion. It's not something I say as I've had my leg broken and my career ended by a certain ********er whos still playin in the Premiership now, but hey. It's not something I would really try and stop either because it is someone's opinion.

Does anyone want to print another 1000 AP US History terms for me, from apstudent.com, front and back pages as to not to waste paper, then send them to me asap? I gave up at 400 because it was too tedious, so that's what I'm stuck with now.

Oh, another thing I forgot to mention. Yesterday at our match, I had the one in a life time opportunity to throw a fricking lacrosse ball off our pitch. These idiots (from our opponent's school) were passing on the track around the pitch... opponent's coach told them to go around back the fence because duh there is a match going on.. so then the idiots whip a ball back in that almost nails one of their defenders. I was standing a few feet away, so I ran (very much offside :p) to throw it off. It was such a pissoff though... who is that ignorant? Aholes.

Yup, Meelan were the better team on the nite, man u can't afford to have so many attacking players have an off night at the same time that the defence is ravaged by injury and incompetence....
Meeelan started 100mph, and were money for their first. But all this aside, how dearly I'd love for an impartial official to get the LITTLE decisions right. Gattuso, what a disgusting individual. He was allowed to do whatever he wanted to Cristi, like he were a prague hooker. The laughability of Cristi getting booked for nothing 2 mins b4 a clear yellow for Brown was ignored. UEFA should watch the footage of Gattuso making sexually explicit hand gestures at Scholes and ban the scum from the final, but we all know the mob scares the Blatter/Platini assembly. The cloak protecting Italian football astounds me, how they can get away, year after year, with the shenanigans beggers belief. Remember this is a team that by rights shouldn't have been allowed into european competition this season, but hey, whats a little bribery of match officials between finanical friends!
How Kaka can be down for 2 mins with cramp, Gattuso spends 45 secs getting booked, a miriad of other time wasting and the Belgian ref makes "a minimum" of 3 added minutes, before calling it at 92.47...some people weren't worth saving from ze germans.....

Like I said, Meelan were very good, man u weren't. The meelan team bus will be the first thing to pick seedorf up all night. Man U really looked tired and didn't work hard enough off the ball.

Lets just hope that twit Gattuso dares touch the trophy again and G and the boys learn him the same lesson twice.....

    Rant over, well, mebe

EDIT: on a lighter note, in attempt to cheer myself up, how much does kait "should have played in a diaper" ster sound like Boston Goals in her yanky match summary! No offence, but whilst reading it I was praying for mention of an "top body assist for the go ahead point" ;)

    LMAO Case.

The Man U game was a disappointment.. so were the refs, and so was Gattuso. Kaka is godly.. uhh I will still wear my man u shirt with pride tomorrow... and I wish that nocall on Ican'trememberwhoitwas wouldn't have been missed.. where Rooney was going for a bike and the dude jumped into him. Looked like a huge foul to me.

the "still weearing utd shirt wid pride" thing reminds me of what made me smile most today, back when things were good....

at work, football club was on, and instead of the usual 10 cheatski shirts there were none, a few of those kids weren't even playing, and a Gerrard, Alonso and even a jersey Dudek replica had lrept out from the woodwork!

Gotta luv the fickle nature of kids and footy fans!
