The gulf in class between ManUre's goal and the Milan goals is massive.

By the way, I clicked on the highlight links, and all seems clear.

They want commentators to talk to the primary demographic that is watching this match, and they feel that most of them are fans of the English game.

Not sure if they're right, but that's probably the bottom line.

Smyth and Rae are morons if you ask me. And yes they're biased as they're British --- who tend to think that football should be officiated the way it is in England rather than the way it is officiated in the rest of the world. Every time an English club plays in the CL it seems, all their fans complain about the ref.

Totally agree, and I don't fault ESPN for doing so. However, always seeing the Big 4 EPL clubs in the opening rounds gets a little old ;)

Thanks. The comedy of errors by ManUre on the 2nd goal was really funny.

The sight of someone from Manure's backline throwing a full body block into Heinze (his teammate) was priceless.

So true. It looked like something from a bloopers video.
Kaka was a man possessed and running at warp speed!

I think Van Der Sar stole a page from Didas book on how to completely sabotage your team. But hey 2 goals at half time isnt even suprising when you have a bottle of ketchup on your defense

Kaka' has surely got to be the best player in the world right now. Both of his goals did not come from fancy footwork and midfield dashes like Ronaldo but rather from precise movements and moments of brilliance.

Maybe he pulled up with a hamstring? Better to be cautious.

Kaka's first goal was great but the second was a GIFT from manchester united, and let's not talk about the referee giving a ridiculous yellow card to evra for absolutely NOTHING and the gattuso invisible FOUL lol!

Manu supporters already throwing objects at Dida, only because they're winning.
