Looks close on paper but the shots on goal were 8-1 so i can only imagine how close it actually was. It's good to see that were taking advantage of favorable results

True. We were always in control of this one. Could have had a couple more goals, but in the end the 3 pts is what we were after and we got it.
i have no idea why the hell did stop playing after zurawski scored . that was pathetic we should wopped armenia also. i bet beenhakker is letting them hear it . blaszczykowski our best player hes the only one who tried to score more .

While not the prettiest win, it is three points and a five-point cushion at the top of the group. I could not believe my eyes when I saw Finland lost to Azerbeijan yesterday. Unbelieveable! With two matches in early June on the road at Azerbeijan and Armenia it will be important to get two more wins. Losing to minnows like these two teams can be very harmful....just ask Finland. I would have liked to have seen another goal or two yesterday, but in looking at Armenia's recent form, they have only allowed six goals in six qualifying matches. They must just put loads of players behind the ball and make it tough for the opponent to score. Poland will have to deal with this again in June at Armenia. For the time being, things are looking good for Poland. I hope it continues!
3 pts is 3 pts We controlled the entire match, leaving the Armenians with little chances of scoring. I was particularkly impressed with Dudka as our CB - he is really coming of age....just a terrific example of Leo's magic. Blaszczykowski looked great - storming the right flank all night - should have scored on a couple of occasions though...with experience his shooting skills will be improved though I am really surprised that no one discussed Leo's biggest blunder yesterday - playing Kazmierczak at the top of formation!....Kaz was highly ineffective and was clearly out of position....any reasons why Jelen was not playing at the top (his position at Auxerre)? Wasilewski was a warrior in the back - a la Gorgon with a whig - but his passing on the offensive counter was abysmal yesterday This game would have been ideal for Smolarek to score a couple....with Krzynowek rifling alll of those crosses in the first half... and finally - not really that impressed with Gargula - i think he is a nice OE player - but an average player if he ever moves to a 2nd tier league (Erevidise, BL etc.) - he is a good passer, particularly in set pieces but technically lacking and not as quick as Iexpected - i have only seen in 3 games so I may need to more matches to have a full opinion
1. dudka looked alright, but this armenia, if radomski was fit i dont think dudka would of played...cant rate the guy in that position until i see him against better opposition.... 2. Blaszczykowski is an awesome player, terrific winger and doesnt look like he has missed a step since coming back from injury......in fact he says that his speed times have improved of 30 meters after being tested......the guy is going to be a key player for us in the future, and i dont think he will be playing at dortmund for very long, if we qualify and have a good euro i think he will move on to bigger and better things.... 3. Kaz is too weak technically at this level i fear, that or he just makes too many mistakes.....i myself would have prefered zurawski to be right behind jelen, instead of kas behind zurawski.....but instead leo tried this formation, and you cannot really blame him, kaz has played well for his club and scored the other game.....but i dont think he is more than a sub player at this level.....Jelen could also be having back problems and cannot play for very long, but whatever, i think leo sees him as a super sub, which i dont agree with because i think he is our best striker......but bringing him on when there is 20-30 minutes left isnt a bad tactic either, considering his speed.......he deserves to start, but its not up to me right.... 4. wasilewski likes to attack a lot, but i dunno i think brono is a better passer probably...... 5. they both usually play on the left wing for the nt, although beenhakker pondered using ebi in attack before he got injure, so i guess that is a possibility......but with a fully fit squad i think it will be ebi on the left with the starting position...... 6. i dunno how he could be weak technically and be a good passer? that is part of technique really, but i guess you mean other facets of technical ability?.....i havent seen enough of him either to tell you the truth, in fact i am going to watch the game again and focus on him play in particular.......he looked good the other night and seemed to be in getting the attack forward in the first half against armenia, but again i was watching via the internet and my stream was kind of choppy sometimes.......but again i havent seen him against the likes of portugal and serbia away........that will be the real test and we will decide there if he is the real deal or not......i think szymek, who was a bust at the world cup, could do quite well against armenia and azerbaijan too, so you cannot be sold on a player like gargula after such a game......the opposite is true if they play badly against such a rival however, if they cannot cut it at this level then they probably dont deserve too many further looks.....like lobodzinski, not good enough in my mind.......i would of started jelen on the wing on that side too against azerbaijan, but i guess it was worth to take a look to see if lobodzinski had any potential.....
Wasilewski play on right side, and Bronowicki in NT play on left. But if I compare Wasilewski with Golański for me Golański is much better, also offesive and better in defense
yah crap my mistake, what position does bronowicki play for his club? i swear i saw him attacking from the right side when i watched him play once.....maybe my mind is slipping
per www.naszakadra.info Wasilewski has drawn some interest from Real Madrid... not sure how credible this, considering Szymek was "looked" at by a big club like Juventus two years ago, which of course the transfer never materialized.... but Leo's influence perhaps spread the word to his old stumping grounds.....(Leo played a big part in Wasilewski transferring to Anderlecht, Leo lives in Brussels)
