That's probally the reason why PSV didnt want to buy him. Like they didn't buy Tardelli and did buy Salcido, Farfan, Alex and Gomes
also seeing the fact that mendez has some kind of hepatitis or sumthing....it was a risky move to get him to Eindhoven but it was a risk that has made all the difference in PSV's qualifying campaign both CL and their domestic league...and on another note...there is 1 ecuadorian who overshadows farfan and pizarro combined...his name is Alberto Spencer....arguably better than Pele

Loraz should, and tell his posters not to insult others. We were having a discussion, comparing Mendez and players. Noone was insulting anyone. Some people here get very defensive then offensive. Outsiders come here with relevant posts to Mendez, no need to get defensive. You wouldnt want to be treated like this in other forums, unless of course you bring that attitude.
Mendez defenitly got way less potential then Farfan. Farfan is also a lot younger. Farfan ends up at Chelsea, Barca or Milan while Mendez becomes a usefull player for PSV I never said Guerrero is better then Valencia.
So whats your point?? BTW, Farfan is also playing terrible this season. So if he keeps playing like this I don't think he will end up at Chelsea, Barca or Milan.

Ok! Please Stop this Farfan - Mendez Comparison! We have come to the conclusion like 4 threads ago that they can't be compared since they play different positions and are different types of players! So there! Are they (Mendez and Farfan) going to play Copa?
Now that one I cannot agree upon. cubillas was great, but Spencer did so much more.... Unfortunately, at that time, ecuador had not team to help him reach higher goals like Cubillas did.
