you guys do realize, i presume, that this match cost you the champions' league title?

i mean, any long-suffering spurs fan knew that there was no way fate was going to let us into the champions' league last year. and had we won that match, the only manner left for us to be denied - and a more cruel way, by far - would have been for you to have beaten barca, and bumped the EPL 4th place spot as holders.

laugh if you will, but it would have happened.

    fate: lasagne?? really??
fact is that was the day you could have been the dominant north london team.

    henry would have left
rosicky would of never come to us
there were rumours kuyt would of gone to you lot.
carrick would not of left imo.

it was a transitional year for us, you reached your peak, it was the one chance in a 5-6 year cycle to possibly take 4th, as every 5-6 years we seem to have a rebuilding year.

    and you missed the chance.

Yeah that's right, we'll never get another shot cos we've got such a crap squad now. No talent whatsoever. In fact , championship football looms in the near future

BTW Henry is crap now. You should of sold him when he was peak value. Wenger usually doesnt miss tricks like that.

Berbetov is where it's at now

i suppose berbatov could play thorugh sciatic nerve injury, achilies injury, foot injury, (although not at the same time)
could he. this is henrys first season of niggling inuries, this does not mean a total breakdown of a player.
even then he scores at a rate of just under 1 in 2 (14 goals)

I think Henrys problem isn't his injuries, it is more that he doesn't really want to play for you anymore.

I think it is pretty evident don't you?

the mantra of spurs lot has been "1 man team" for 2 years, all of a sudden we are in a better possition in terms of potential and current talent than we have been for 2-3 years and its turned to 1 man team is no longer.
and when you say its pretty evident he doesnt want to play for us, have you asked him.
im pretty sure he wants to play for us when a barca deal was up, a pay rise was there, better weather, at the time better team etc...

we should make a new day
    something like
    may 7th will be called:
    lasagne day (sponsered by immodium)
    or
    the day they shit themselves.

can you think of any others.

Come and speak with me lads when you actually have an English player in your team.

    now you're being silly.

don't discount the english players on our team. I don't think it is a key issue at all, but I'm not English. However, it isn't sensible for you to whine about it, then discount them.

and, dont trumptet berbetov, then go back to Englishness.

I'm kind of tired of the Lasagna thing, it was proven that it wasn't food poisioning. I suspect that they just were shitting themselves from sheer nervousness and fear.

You only mock what you fear.

And the amount of mocking of Spurs on this forum does tell me something.

If we are so crap, why do you continuely put Tottenham do. Why not Charlton, West Ham or another London club.

Dude, you're the worst Spurs troll I've ever seen on the Arsenal boards. That's some serious weak sauce right there. Did you really just ask why Arsenal fans put you down more than they do Charlton?

Again with the random assumptions...you might've noticed he lives in London and has been registered since 2001. There's a high chance he's supported Chelsea his entire life.
