THanks on the comment! Same to you guys! As for the high altitude issue, the best way to get over it, is playing on foreign countries. I think though, more than preparing us to win without the altitude advantage, it allows the team to learn how to play with a crowd against them.

I think you guys should continue to play in or at least hold practices in high altitude. Because when you do return to the lower level, you guys become tired less quickly...

That is what we always do. Our team concentration camp is just outside of Quito. In altitude. But l really like to see new players get the feeling of playing out of home, it takes the fear away and allows them to be more responsive (is that a word :D) during the important tournaments.

Thats whats up kid,,,it takes a man with balls and knowledge of the game to say and admit this.As you know most don't wanna believe what you've just said.
After my country,,the squad I always root for is Brasil,,after they were done in the WC,,I was rooting and pushing for Portugal to win the final.Only some bad luck prevented you guys from winning it all.To me I don't see Italy has champions nor France has runner up,you guys displayed the best futbol in Germany,,but you already know that futbol is unfair.Plus I have many friends that are from Portugal, they are Sporting Lisboa fans to death, personally I like el Porto.
As for Valencia the kid is only about 21 and has a bright future ahead of him,,to me the next captain of our "seleccao".:D

My dude, did you see the recent Portugal vs. Brasil friendly?

Anyways, I would love to see a Ecuador vs Portugal. I remember when I went into the Portuguese Brasilian area of Montreal, we had a couple of Ecuadorians in the area with us...

Only if Tenorio didn't hit the post against England....the game would have been drastically different if Ashley Cole did not block the shot.

    Precisely!

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. No parachutes fr Ecuador NT. NO playing it safe. It's do or die all the time.

Ecuador must get use to overseas playing. They must develop a tolerance so that they could focus on thier beautiful Futbol style.

We have to be ready for anything. WE already know that we have a good home adavantage, but our away games are still up in the air.

If only Beckman did not cheat and move the ball away from its original spot. He set up that free kick just the way he wanted it. I can't belive the ref said nothing!

never mind that Mora was cheating towards the far post on a guy who can place the dead ball anywhere he wants to.

that was silly on Mora's part, imo.

mora's error was to hesitate for a split second...that ball was known to go to that spot and he didnt focus...
