Yea, I just got tickets to the Lunar New Year Cup, which will take place on Feb 18 and Feb 21 at the HK Stadium:

    http://www.hkfa.com/zh-hk/load_page.php?pid=97

The teams for this year are really crappy compared to previous years:

    香港聯賽選手隊 澳洲奧運隊 中國奧運隊 牙買加奧運隊

HK League Selected, Aussies Olympic, China Olympic, and Jamaica Olympic. This is really a downer. We used to invite teams like Korea, Denmark, Norway, Honduras, even Brazil...

Still, looking forward to the matches. I will take some pics and post them up here.

Great, thanks. The only problem is I can't find the English version and some of the Chiense is garbled so I have to guess which show is which. But if the date of the game is right, I'm sure most people will be watching the game so it shouldn't be too difficult to guess.

I'll be going to the Olyroos game on Wednesday :)
Keep an eye out for Nathan Burns (in particular), Bruce Djite and Robert Cornthwaite.

ForzaGrifo, how difficult will it be for me to purchase tickets the day before? (I only arrive in Hong Kong on monday)

wow you're hardcore. Come all the way to HK just for the game?

Only about 7000 tickets have been sold so far, the stadium holds about 20000 I think. So no worry, lots of tickets left.

Haha, I'm not a hardcore fan :) I happen to be in Hong Kong (on my way to China for 5 months) and since the Olyroos are going to be there I'm going to go watch them. They also happen to have three players from Adelaide United playing which is even more incentive for me to go :)
