Yeah they have been sort of off in all three games with the close calls.... but that was a no brainer.

well its hard to tell from the angle..cuz wen u can actually see the player he is offsides, but the ball had already left the players foot. The replay had a horrible angle...but good thing it was called offsides :D

    3-1 Final.

Its always great to win even if its playin bad. But we cant be too happy about this win cuz we were really mediocre. Hopefully we can improve against Panama even tho im expectin to see the same team maybe juss a little more organized.

Tuesday, i think. Honduras attacked way more than Costa Rica but Costa Rica has that thing that pretty much all Central American teams don't and thats finishing. Great job by them on there finishing.

It's always nice to beat Honduras, even when we are playing like sh¡th.:D
Good for Fonseca who's now tied with Chope with 43 scored with the NT and also good for Leo Gonzales, what a goal:eek:

Yeah, not really happy with how the team looked, but I guess it's just their second real game together. Medford really needs to work on passing, when Honduras put some pressure on our players more than half the time they would rush the pass and give the ball away.
Other than that, I really liked Solis and Fonseca, and of course Porritas (grande!).
And, it's always nice to beat Honduras :D

This is not a good omen for Costa Rica.

In the Caribbean tournament, Guadeloupe beat Cuba and T&T beat Haiti in the group stages...

in the knockout round (aka championship and third place matches) both teams that lost in the group stage won the game that mattered - Cuba won third place, Haiti won the title.

It's pretty likely that these two will meet again, in the finals, so that's a good sign for Honduras. :D

I really do think if Honduras got their act together they might end up playing CR again in the final ....... Honduras lacked creativity or a midfield general. In the Attack Honduras really needed someone who can finish Jairo Martinez was garbage he should of never been called up, it would of been better to see Carlos Costly than him. I expected much more from Wilmer Velasquez, but i guess hes too old to do anything anymore. Our defense as always really ********ed up and Coello is not the same GK he was once before, i guess that injury really messed him up..... Overall Honduras played like a Chicken with their heads cut off running around and doing nothing..... I really hope Reinaldo Rueda took note , hopefully he shape up Honduras.

Congrats to CR ....... i guess its gonna be decided on Sunday against Panama.

If every team could finish so far, this tournament would be a golfest.
