I watched O'Brien play in his first MLS game and he scored a goal, I can't remember who it was against. I was really impressed with him, but it doesn't seem like he is getting much playing time. Is the midfield too crowded to get him in this season or is Jeffries simply working him in slowly?

ROB will be getting more playing time, midfield is crowded, but competition for playing time is what you want.

But ROB is still learning the BUrn system, and finding his place in it. He is also trying to get "match Fit" which means 90 minutes at MLS speed.

Don't worry he will be a froce here for a long time.

you're welcome. you were the big winner of our World Cup League, so you deserved it.

Our next contest is going to be for a Burn t-shirt signed by Oscar Pareja.

Did Ronnie really score on his debut? I don't remember that. I do remember him schooling his defender on his first touch.

    That's my recollection too.

It was quite a goal too -- one of his better efforts, IMHO.

no, I wasn't shocked. But I guess you could take a stab at predicting his impact at Toronto FC
