I couldn't write something after game, as I've been watching 2 games in a row last night and then highlights of the other games. it was really great match, especially first half. Carvalho's goal was superb. Defence was amazing..very solid. I wish we could show this kinda football against premier league teams too. but of course its not the same motivation. I didn't see any wrong on Henry's disallowed goal, I think ref gave the foul on Adebayor's position, but showed yellow card to wrong man. I don't know. anyway, it is great win and CSKA got me wrong again. Got 7 points without conceding a single goal yet. Kruto!! and the fans...
oh my god!!! I dont remember any teams that missed so much chances in 90 mins. Thanx god! we havent lost and its guarantied that CSKA will play either in the CL or UEFA cup in next February. ps: CSKA haven't conceded a goal yet with only Lyon in the CL so far. this is super.
There's absolutely no way you guys should've grabbed a point, today, but I'm only too happy to be back here to congratulate the CSKA boys a second time for stifling the Arse. I hope Wenger is choking on it, right now.
We are the champions - my friends And we’ll keep on fighting - till the end the 3rd title in 4 years!!! isn't it AMAZING??? See ya next year
Disappointing performance against Porto. That was a match that CSKA definitely could have won, but they were not creating real scoring chances. And the defending was not what it has been in earlier CL matches.
it was really bad and maybe the worst performance at the Champions League by CSKA. now CSKA must win at Germany. It will be tough, because Hamburg will be playing more comfortable than CSKA and also they will want to get their first CL points in front of their fans. This might make a trouble for us. if Porto-Arsenal draw and CSKA win against Hamburg, Porto and CSKA will go to the next round.
No, it'd be a 3 way tie. Porto and Arsenal will go through. They have better goal difference, well, at the current moment atleast.
http://zhizn.ru/article/sport/4844/ Aleksandr Gleb expounds upon his rather uncomplimentary thoughts re: the Horses and their fans. Spends the whole article slamming CSKA. Apparently doesn't think much of CSKA's chances to get by in Hamburg...but if they do-check out the end of this quote:
File this one under the "why?" category... Espanyol keeper Carlos Kameni says that he turned down a "lucrative" offer to move to CSKA Moscow this January. Good young keeper, but why would CSKA be after another keeper when they have Akinfeev? Not saying its not possible, but it doesn't strike me as the best of moves, especially if they were willing to pay significant money. Guess it could mean they are ready to sell Akinfeev...?
