Once again that is your opinion. But you should respect mine like I respect yours. If you're confident about who you are as a person, then it really shouldn't matter what i say now should it?;)

What does you deeming someone else inferior have anything to do with my confidence as a person?
If anything, the person with confidence issues (and lack thereof) would be you, since most often than not you try to insult others, and even try to shield your racist remarks by saying it's your opinion.
And even if it is your opinion (I guess we can give you the benefit of the doubt) such a remark has no place here. :)

the comment I meant regarding confidence was not directed at you but it was a figure of speech to indicate "you" in general terms.

If someone made a comment like that about me, it wouldn't bother me cuz i know who I am and where I came from....that's my point.

And no i don't ry to insult anyone, I just speak the truth. I say the things that people think about but are afraid to say for what ever political reasons;)

Haitians of African descent don't have a problem calling themselves black, it's when they get to the USA/Canada, they have a problem with calling themselves so called African Americans, because even though all black ppl come from Africa we all had different paths.

the problem with Americans of West Indian descent is that they've listened to their parents about other groups way too much, especially other Caribbean groups.

I personally don't know what Warlord's problem is but he has a right to rep his country however he should keep his racist views to himself if he ever rolls up to spots like Miami, NY, and Boston.

This is a funny example but the message is there. You have 1 kid who's Haitian and the other kid's Trinidadian.

well I don't understand that particular video clip because it doesn't really say anything about what is being discussed here.

And I'm not sure I agree with your statement about Americans of Caribbean descent listening to what their parents say about different groups. Most of the Americans of Caribbean descent that were born here which I've met seemed to know more about America than their own Caribbean culture. As a matter of fact they more align themselves to African-American culture more than anything.

Having said that I've also noticed that with some other younger Africans who migrated to the Americas from Somalia, Ethiopia doing the same thing trying to fit in to African American culture rather than their own. They even use the "N" word quite often so this thing is becoming bigger than you and me. As a Jamaican its my duty to take my son to Jamaica often and teach him about our culture our traditions and our music and family lineage my son will never get lost in this wilderness.

fot the record,I have nothing against you people but I've noticed that when the term "black" is used you get very defensive as if its a bad thing.

And btw, Jamaicans also live in Miami, NY and Boston too.;)

When is the final round taking place. The link above is not working for me, so I have no idea whether or not the tournament has taken place and if so, who won.

Wow, that's cutting it close, isn't it? The CCC begins in the third week of February, and we aren't going to know the Caribbean representative until when, exactly?

The CFU really screwed up this year with the planning. They should have had this done by the end of December.

Final W Connection 3 vs Harbourview 2. Harbourview made it interesting with 2 goals in the last 10 mins but Connection did enough to set up an all TNT final on Sunday.

We lost :) . Do you expect us to come out talking nonsense blahblahblah against the winners or inventing poor excuses like it was just Baltimore's C team like you did when the Caribbean Kings cut your arse 2-1 in your own backyard just a few days ago? :p

    Just brag! :D

(Connection also beat H'view. Chec, aren't you happy about that victory? Tell the kid to create
a little bit of confusion in his circuit and maybe the abnormal triyardie I-robot will ...explode and ...disappear!)

I hope, next time, that the Islanders take more seriously this competition and not came with a 3 weeks team like they did. If they do their homework they will beat any team in this CUF.

You're about to self destruct man. Your NTwins their first ever Caribbean cup then your last remaining club team gets knocked out of the Concacaf Champions Cup by Jabloteh days later.

You just barely beat a "C" to win the Caribbean Cup tournament. I wouldn't brag too much if I were you:p
