What do you think about how Alou Diarra is doing ? It looks like he should have stayed at Lens because at Lyon he's a backup. I remember he was headed to Roma after Lyon jumped in at the last minute. I head some rumors about Daniel Cousin leaving also.

You know, its a shame because Alou Diarra was great for Lens. I think it was a horrible career move for him to end up in Lyon but I still think he can bounce back if he were to move away from there. Moreover, Lens could definately use his defense in the mid-field, a weak spot for them all season long.

Bye the way, Daniel Cousin has been rumored to be heading either to Nancy or possibly the Premiership (where else)?

I'm still not sure if you will make the Champions League. I still think Bordeaux, Lille and Marseille are favored over you. You probably have as good a chance as St. Etienne. I remember last time Lens in the Champions League they were in a real tough group. I cheered when they finished ahead of Bayren Munich.

I would say we are even with Lille, a little below Marseille because of Cisse's return but ahead of Bordeaux.

That might be tough for him as there are not many people around the club who speak English, particularly on the football side of things. Might take Pearce a while to settle and I think we're looking for help immediately.

Ramos started off horribly but has come around nicely.

Diarra I think made a huge mistake. He tood another step backwards as he did when he moved to Liverpool.

Last year when we went into the break in second I was worried, this year there seems to be a different spirit within the squad that will serve us well. I'm looking for us to hold on to the second spot.

Well, after our performance at Lorient I am a little worried but the officials were brutal.

I would like to see Juanfran from Zaragoza at Lens but I know it won't happen. How about Lamine Traore in Belgium? I want to see somebody with great speed at this position for lens. What about Didier Domi?

After the flu that went through the team I almost expected a loss. Tomorrow is huge.

I will be travelling to Lens for the game tomorrow. What kind of crowd is expected - 35,000?

well-orchestrated fastbreak, ilan serves up Heinz who puts a low shot into the net. Itandje should've done better but it was a tricky shot.

hopefully lens keeps up their level of play, because they've been decent up front. Of course, they should shore up their defense and stop giving attackers so much room - ASSE have been passing it around for a while in dangerous areas without any real challenges.

oh no, lens could've pulled one back. Great play with a long ball up to the front, it falls to a man charging in who smacks it straight into the post. Janot would've had no chance

second goal for Heinz, and what a goal. ASSE play the counter perfectly again - where are the defenders? Heinz recieves a cross on the edge of the box with nobody around, controls it with his chest and smacks a half volley into the the far side netting.

too bad, Lens is paying for their sloppiness.

love the pa announcer... 3-0, 2nd half starting, and pumping up the crowd. If only paris had one like that

what a great game, Lens is just hammering away, showing some awesome technique in passing, bouncing it around the box, and getting the ball back. but every time, it just seems that a foot, or a head gets in the way of the shot

Keita (Seydou)!! He brings it back to a two goal advantage by delivering a precise header down low off an excellent cross.

    1-3!!

I think Lens can mount a fightback, they've been awesome in the second half.
