TNT 3 vs Cuba 1. A cuban player was sent off a few mins from the end for reckless play. Maybe it was frustration because in the press conference after the game the Cubans coach had nothing good to say. The better team won.

Big up to the Warriors. Your 9th Digicel Cup title is just a game away:)

Wow...Glasgoal has scored in every game he's played thus far in the Digicel Cup. :) He's the tournament's leading scorer with 6 goals:cool:

Want a funny statistic? Glasgow has now scored more goals in his last 4 matches than he had in his previous 41 national appearances.

Yes, good luck to you as well. But this group of T&T players is not our strongest. They are are our third string players.
If our FULL TEAM was there .... well you know the rest :D

They're your second team and you know it... and Haiti is without their best players too.

Already making excuses for when you lose...

I was having a friendly conversation with touppouyo.
And yes they are our third team BUD.
Our second team is made up of mostly players from Jabloteh and WC Connections and they are not playing.
and who needs excuses, T&T are very happy with what this young team has done. They made it to the Gold Cup, and if they win our ninth Carib Cup along the way, well thats's just sweet.

    T&T: Small Country BIG Passion.

Hey! FlashEP. You correctly picked the last four, so what do you think will be the score in the Final?

Didn't you hear that the "B" team of Trinidad and Tobago is derived from 2 of the biggest clubs ....W Connection FC and San Juan Jabloteh:confused:

Any person with intelligence that knows Warriors' football history knows that NT players excluding the overseas based players are selected from those two clubs;)

I can name several players from those 2 clubs that would've been selected ahead of almost all of the players that you see currently suited up for Trinidad and Tobago so the current team in the Digicel Cup is in fact a "C"team.

Even the coach made an attempt to get the best players he wanted, but their clubs didn't release them due to the upcoming Concacaf Champions Cup ties against Harbourview and Baltimore FC. Nuff said:)

The second team is made up of players from WConnection FC and San Juan Jabloteh. They are the feeder clubs for the NT. The team you are seeing in the Digicel Cup is in fact the " C" team.

For example, the leading scorer in the Digicel Cup "Gary Glasgow" would be no where near this NT if the strikers from either team were available.;)

I challenge you and any other Trinis to name 42 (two squads) better players then the ones T&T have played during the cup.

A difference in opinion does not equal hate....And anyways Haitians usually always support a Carribean team that is representing us in a major tournament..weather it is T&t or Jamaica. Its a question of unity. Not everyone thinks like that though...

I do not know much on T&T football...but isnt this current team composed mostly from bench players of the B team? Cause I doubt there would be 42 different players selected other than the ones playing currently in the Digicel Cup. Anyways..all this doesnt matter...cause Haiti is playing with a B team also ( many bench players vs Trinidad). To stay objective, I do think T&T has a little bit of an advantage over the Haitian team. 1st...theyre playing at home ( it helps), second, they seem to be better organised. Should be a good game..may the best team win!

You are seriously delusional if you think this current "C" squad is better than the players at Jabloteh and W Connection FC.

Any person with knowledge on Trinidad & Tobago's football knows that Jabloteh and W Connection are the clubs that produces the best players in the nation and therefore are the feeder clubs for the NT.

The people that know this have seen the dominance of both clubs in the professional League and in CFU, but you obviously have no clue on what you're talking about.

I challenge you to look up the rosters of these two teams and you will get your answer;)

At the risk of sounding like a broken record for some of the hard headed big soccer idiots on this board. This "C" team that has played this tourney..... The likes of Glasgow, Jack, Daniel, Fitzpatrick, Wiltshire, Benito, Daniel, Sealy, M. Hislop, Telesford, Bailey, S. Power, Roberts and others would be no where near this NT if Jabloteh and W Connection players were available.

yes they've played well and done a good job thus far and that is a good thing, but they wouldn't be there if the coach had his way.;)

Haiti has also many players who are not there. Your Glasgow will do nothing in the finals, he has no chance against a very compact and solid Haiti.

A part of the team is the U21 which whipped TnT ass last year 3-1 on their home field and some of the players has not more than 5 caps.

TnT is always lucky playing at home and it's not easy for them against Haiti imagine now they come and play in Haiti in front of thousand hot haitian fans..............................

That may be true, but you have about 3 or 4 overseas based professionals in your squad while the Soca warriors don't have any;)

And your point about Glasgoal makes no sense watsoever. I have seen your team play and your defence was very shaky in the games I have seen them play in this tournament. He has scored in every game he's played thus far including a brace against you in the previous round, so I don't understand why you think he couldn't score against you on Tuesday:rolleyes:

Trinidad and Tobago lucky? You call a team that has won 8 Caribbean Cup titles lucky?

They'd wipe the floor with your NT home or away....it doesn't matter the venue;)

yeah! not exactly! In fact we have 2 oversea players(Josue Mayard and Stephane Guillaume) they were supposed to be 4 but Wadson Coriollan(Uruguay) get sick in TnT and is just out of hospital and doesn't play.

Roody Lormera Played in Argentina and Honduras but since last year now is free agent, he may be going to Columbus(MLS)

Brunel Fucien came back home 2 months ago ( he is with Aigle noir right now in Haiti) after 4 years outside with Cobreloa(Chile) , Argentina (Estudiantes) and try out in Spain and Portugal. So he is considered as a local based player.

All the other players are from Haiti

Bruny has offers from Joe Public and MlS but he is old(34)

Sincerely, in terms of infrastructures and finance, you can't compare TnT, Jamaica to Haiti but i think Haitian players individually are the most skillfull potential players of the Carribean. Years after years and little by little you will see what i mean. Wait!

Our team is playing nice football, no? Anyway this time i don't want to bame Jack Warner as we haitians used to do. He helped us a lot this time , he posponed many times the play offs because of Haiti and he is the one who set the friendly games in TnT for us.

    I thank him!
