    Japan 1 - 0 Maldives !
Top two teams can advance, but now I don't know if they can even win over Myanmar.

very exciting result and it's always good to beat a SEA team in their home stadium. down to 0-2 and steals a win in the very last minute:cool: btw, why is the name of stadium called Thai-Japanese Stadium?

As usual, mediocre Japanese managers (U-22 Sorimachi, U-20 Makiuchi) who don't know professional football are spoiling the talented Japanese players.
Remember the U-18 footballers played excellent football last year in the U-17 AFC championship.

4;2 win is an amzing result for japan. Germany has one of the top youth academies in the world and lot of teams struggle against them physically, so this is an amazing feat for Japan U20s.

    Not surprising.
    It's a youth tournament.

I remember last U-20 team beat Germany thanks to Kashiwagi and Morishima in the Toulon Tournament in France.
