great stadium and an interesting opening ceremony... great result for Ittihad Aleppo against Fenerbahce in the opening ceremony match... although the quality of the grass could have been better near the goals... but apparently Ittihad Aleppo has been training on it for a while, or it could be the opening ceremony marks. congratulations to all Syrian posters
according to a Kuwaiti newspaper the plan for the stadium was first put in 1982 that reminds me of the Kuwait International Stadium!!! the idea was first suggested in the 80's too
