The white one looks better than the blue. The blue looks more 'Euro' to me!

But whats up with the tight, Italian shirts? Dont they know players play even better when they feel comfortable in their kits???

It's a bit nit picking isn't it? I was going to split it up further but there are infinite thing people don't like...

Ex: the badge is too big, no collars, no red shits, number font is ugly...

I love the white one. Not as keen on the blue one, but it's all right.

I can only speak for myself, but I like tighter fits. When I play I don't want to have to run inside of a baggy pile of cloth.

But then again I'm a skinny dude.

i really like the white one from the top to the bottom (although it will be interesting to see who the first player is to put his socks on the wrong feet!!!)

the blue is fine, but why not mirror the white and invert the colors, especially since this is the same design as the Mexico green. the vertical is better than the horizontal in my opinion, but no complaints with either.

I like both of them. The white one is definitely better but the design of the blue one is definitely nostalgic in a way. They're solid, and considering what we usually get from Nike they could be a lot worse.

Nostalgic in a way? Its almost a direct copy of our 1995 shirts:

The homekit is nice. The awaykit on the other hand is just awfull. Nike ********ed up good. Just like they did with ours.

    Holy cow!!

    I love them!

OK, so who put a gun to Nike's head and said "listen, b/i/t/c/h, design some GOOD looking kits or I am letting you have it!!"???
    Anyways, good work.

I have a USMNT replica from 1995, so I guess I won't have to buy the away jersey. ;)

Overal, I like the looks of both uniforms. At least Nike went out of their way to make all their WC kits this year look a bit different. I like that ther unforms are simple with stripes. Much better than the current "cue ball" uniforms.

I've always liked wearing ungly soccer socks (don't aks me why - it's just my thing), so I can buy into the asymetrical socks.

Collars do make kits look more classy.

Does anyone know if FIFA will actually allow those mismatched socks? I thought refs used sock color as a guideline for making calls, esp. possession calls? Can a ref give us guidance on that?

As for the kits... agree that collars would help, but they're both very nice looking overall. Taking design cues from those '95 shirts is a good idea. (Though they weren't our best of the modern era... those were the 98 shirts with the thin horizontal stripe).

It should be the case that the socks will be considered "white", and the stripes considered just a design flare on a predominantly white sock.
