I like it, and am curious to see the althernate colors/design.

Personally, I had gotten my hopes up for a collared (like Holland's) shirt, as I would have then been free to wear it proudly at work. :(

But I like its class and simplicity -- and the fact that it is (relative to the other Nike kits on display) unique.

They are sharp and I like them. Can't wait for them to go on sale. Any idea of a possible date?

They look nice, deal with it. I like it better than the 50's replica.

    I like it!

I wonder if the second jersey will be Blue or Red?
We should be able to go back to Red since there aren't big team color conflicts this Cup.

If there is a god it will be blue. The red should be banned for ever.

On a side not anyone like the stripe on the left sock only? I find it to be very sharp.

It looks suspiciously like a recent England kit, possibly 2002? I'm not a fan of derivative hack jobs. I could be wrong...

    You don't need to alabi...

Honestly, it's not that bad, but man... it could have been so much better.

If those are all the Nike teams, then our jersey will be totally unique which I think is fantastic. Generally, I'm not a big fan of the retro look and would have preferred a more "modern" design, but that is more than offset by being pleased that we came up with a totally unique design.

This is somewhat reminicent of some prior England kits, but not so much that it feels like a knockoff.

    I'll definately buy one.

The link takes me to a thumbnail showing 9 kits. Which one is the US jersey?

I think it looks cool. And what is really cool is it looks very similar to the jerseys worn by the allies (Pele, Stallone, Caine) in the movie Victory or Escape to Victory. The only thing missing is the collar.

So why does FIFA have this jersey
    [IMG]
listed as the official US 2006 jersey.

Are the ones in the first post for the World Cup competition only?
Personally I am a big fan of the racing stripe.

I really dig the new look. It does appear some of their jerseries are the same design but at least there's a little varity. At least Nike doesn't have one "cookie cutter" design for all of their teams like they normally do. Varity I can deal with, cookie cutter desgns I can't. I'm very earger to see what these look like in person. Like anything I have to see it before I buy it but the prospects are good. Like everyone else I wonder what they 2nd shirt color will be. I vote navy but it there's a red that's not too red mabye more towards Arsenal's red, I'd dig it.

    It's certainly similar.

Does that make the new national chant "Victoire! Victoire!" ?

i could care less if they wear a brown paper bag as their jersey....so long as they get past the group stage.
