There's nothing in that article about his back. He has recovered from a torn Achille's tendon though. Perhaps the title of this thread should be, "Sandro his Achille's tendon?"

Looks like Turkey treated him like crap and he's hoping to come back to Porto but another team is interested in him. I hope he doesn't hurt his back if he finds a club.

 

I heard on the radio today that his problem is not his back, but his foot. He has tendinites in his foot.
