Honestly, that wasthe best goal I have seen the Crew score all season, probably all of last season as well.

 

Not like there is plenty of competition from this season!

 

All-time favourite: Salcedo against (I think ) LA. Khumalo and McBride play soccer tennis to set up Salcedo who meets its perfectly to send it into and almost through the net.

 

at least he isn't afraid to take the shot! why can't the rest of them do that?

 

id like to know how many goals we have scored from outside the box, and see that statistic compared to the rest of the league.

 

It's been a source of frustration for 10 years that the Crew style has been to try to walk the ball into the net. I can remember about six cases in 10 years where a shot from outside the box scored one for the Crew.

 

I try never to shoot outside the box.

 

..and we have trained our cats only to shoot inside the box.
