One more point (I'm sure there will be a few others). Most of the timeslots overlap, but if the previous person hasn't picked do not pick until the overlap has finished, you must give them their full time slot to pick.

If on the other hand the player has picked well before their time slot and you are online, you do not have to wait til your time slot, just go ahead and pick.

Another one more point post, clearly because we go one way and then back, all the times will be to pot on every even round. Do not worry about this.

What it does mean is the more people who can post outside of their designated times the better as it will make the whole thing go alot more smoothly.

I don't want to make the order constantly run like it is at the moment as it will mean people at the bottom of the list getting the shaft and that is unfair.

So in other words proceed as normal and if possible check the thread as often as possible.

Also if possible PM the person who is after you in posting, to give them a heads up that it is their turn.

No bitching in here DS ;) save that for the newly opened analysis thread. We'll keep this thread just for picks and notices about the running of the draft.

    Round 1, pick 10.

Frank Lampard. I literally picked him out of a hat (or beanie, whatever you want to call it) with 4 scraps of paper (each with a name) on it. His form, consistency & penchant for scoring at important times these past 2 years has just been too much to ignore. It is also a plus that he helps out the defense more than most creative midfielders, has an incredibe durability and can fill in as captain if needs be (as he does at Chelsea).
