For the ground packages, the dropdead date is Nov 9 (so we can finalize the ticket order so they can be Fedexed). This may change if our ticket agent says we need to confirm earlier (I'll let folks know, but this is my guess of what should be OK). Right now the hotel has extra space but obviously no guarantee beyond what we have reserved. We'll sell the full packages til they're gone. K

K, when will you all be posting info about a playoff bus(es) trip to the swamp? Seems like a LOT of people want to go, me included.
Yeah, I was just curious if they're thinking of doing more than one bus, or just one bus and when that sells out thats that.
On the playoff bus, Paul is pulling the trip together this week and I'll have an announcement ready to go Sunday after the game. Not sure if we'll have more than one bus (we need a min of 75 people to make that a go). Cost will roughly be the same as the last trip (depending on the ticket cost) so people can keep that in mind. OK, I think after yesterday we have like 5 full packages left. When those are gone, VERY unlikely we'll get more (we will still have the ground option). K
I wish we could go, but I don't see how we can afford it this year. We're spending about that much money to fly down to Florida for Thanksgiving.
OK, now I'm thinking if DC does make it to the Cup that we'd like to try to go. What is the absolute drop dead must decide by date to go?
Does the group have a solid number of tickets beyond what will be sold through the full packages? I might be able to fly for free, but am waiting to see how United does as it would be a pretty big trip for me to take during classes and two jobs.
OK, I think we have four packages left (but I still need an update from Paul). At this point we probably won't more airline seats unless we can do a second group order (another 10 min). Finding your own flight on the net might be the best deal at this point (and the longer you wait). We have about 60 game tickets on hold (obviously above the full package number so we can do ground deals). The section we're in is the supporters section for the game so adding tickets shouldn't be a problem, especially if we go. I'm not sure how many hotel rooms we have on hold (or how quickly they will fill up). I understand if people want to wait, hope you understand we can't guarantee anything if you do. K
I'm waiting too, I have no interest in other teams Tho I'm sure I'll be pawning my car for last minute ticket :/
