that I'm starting to hate everyone in here (not personally, colelctively)
that the level of whining has gotten way out of control (me included)
that we are all acting like a bunch of fucking babies and attacking each other.

I'm a pretty cynical guy and even I'm getting tired of the FO bashing, individual player bashing, coach bashing.

we rip each others idea for the fort, song banners, etc. I feel like the momentum has been sucked right out of us, by ourselves. we used to have great ideas for tifo and banners. we rip each other for differences of opinions.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good debate, but we are seriously losing focus folks.

what can we do to get our shit together? seriously. We used to have the best supporters in MLS. lets get back to that.

Drewww, Julie, Kilt? what is going on with the FO and tifo and security stuff?

Lets get some new songs going? I offered in the song thread (and only got 1 response). Send me idea (via PM not thread), I will post a poll, top 3 choices we work on before the next home game (we have a week and a half).

Don't put them in threads. We don't want to shred them or debate them until it's unpalateable. Give me idea. I'll post a vote. When we work on them and have tried them, we can tweak.

for Pete's sake, lets take all this negative enegery and do something with it.

anyone have new banner ideas? need help? lets get organized folks.

PBI, Thanks for your well thought out post (are you trying *not* to live up to your screen name?:)). I agree 100%. I'm not saying that it's wrong to question the team or the FO or the coach, but for me it gets old after the 10th or 15th iteration of the same issue spread across multiple threads.

If the team ends the season on a nice 11 game unbeaten streak, I promise not to complain till at least next July when we're in first place. ;)

oh, I still have my complaints. Don't get me wrong.
I'd just like to see us all try and use our energy a little more effectively/positively.

Frankly I think we all can do our part as supporters better (collectively) inside the fort and outside the fort at Gillette and on here. We spend 20-30 times the amout of time complaining that we do trying to make atmosphere better.
We used to spend a fair share on both:D.

personally, I'd like to see some of that creativity come back. I;d like to get some firm answers from FO and security about this supposed help. Either they are with us or against us;).

it feels like we have been stalled for months on our atmosphere ambitions. I want those back.

I would love to see it come back too but personally speaking, the negativity and the spin and half truths by some Revs fans has made me so disinterested in working with these people that I don't even bother anymore. Perhaps they don't see it that way.

    I guess it's just a Boston thing.

Hey Pitino, if success is a choice, why did you choose to suck instead?

I've gotta say one thing on this thread, otherwise I'm not really going to argue.

PBI (as well as Steve) ... you've seen most of us at games. As much as we might be negative here (right or wrong, depending on your perception), I don't think anyone can doubt that we give everything we have to support our guys on game days. This is our place to vent (if it's a bad result) or celebrate (if it's a good one).

You may choose to be "disinterested in working with these people," and that's your prerogative. But this particular person (along with quite a few others that post here) give a ton of support to this team in ways that can't even be numbered.

Do we have continuing dialogue with the front office as far as TIFO is concerned or are we just sitting on our thumbs for the rest of the year.

The Riders are trying to work out terminology on a "mission statement" that the Revs would like us to work by. We just got back the Revs revision and are trying to figure out if that's acceptable. That's the first step in this process.

I don't question your support but I sometimes question if the negativity, spin, and half truths is necessary.

that's why I used the word "collective". I'm not signling out people nor do I want to. Nor do I want to prevent people from having debates about the thing we talk about.

You and I see eye to eye on 99% of the roster, staff, FO issues. my point is simply that I feel like we're a little flat and in need of a boost and we've lost some momentum. We had a tifo committee talking on here at one point. All that momentum from months ago feels like it's gone (again, collectively, not individually).

I want to see the Supporters reinvigorated.

I can semi-understand your calling out the perceived negativity, but the "spin and half truths" you need to explain. Please?

Pull up some concrete evidence from past posts, or you're just doing what you claim they do - complaining without factual based evidence - only worse because it seems to be personal.
