I looked this guy up a while back. Anything's possible, but I'm not sure how this guy's a Yank. Israeli FA has him as born in Liberia. (Other sources, too.) He seems to have lived there for at least some of his life. There are certainly web results suggesting that someone with that name is living or has lived in the States. But I don't have any reason to think it is or isn't the same guy. Of course, would love to know otherwise.
