New San Jose State Stadium (tentative name) is a multi-use stadium in San Jose, California that is currently being planned. Once completed in 2009, it will be used mostly for soccer and football matches. It will host the home games of both San Jose State University and the San Jose Earthquakes of Major League Soccer. The stadium will have a capacity of 30,000 people for football and 23,000 for soccer. It would replace Spartan Stadium.
