Zizzo injury critical? [R]

    I guess Zizzo injured a hammy in the Uruguey game, right? It looked to me like that was the difference in the team's performance. From what I saw, the majority of the team's effective attacking came from Zizzo beating people down the wing and feeding Freddie. If he's not taking people on, then that's gone, as was, for the most part, our offense against Uruguey & Austria.

    I think Rogers is about as skilled as Zizzo, but Rogers & Freddie didn't seem to have the same chemistry as Freddie had with Sal.

    Btw, it looked to me like Rongen was basically playing the empty bucket. People will argue that Freddie was a CAM, not a forward. But, he was playing way up high and there was no connection whatsoever between him and the 2 d-mids. All the balls Freddie received were from the wing.
