An interesting snippet: Brockton's Zico Veiga has been training with the Portuguese Superliga club Belenenses and has been called to the Cape Verde national team by coach Ricardo Rocha. Veiga, 21, a second-team junior college All-American at Massasoit Community College, has been playing for club teams Emigrantes das Ilhas and St. Michael's.
