English Championship club Queens Park Rangers allows all fans to vote for the new QPR crest. And while the club did not only presented four options to be chosen by the fans, all designs for Queens Park Rangers' new crest are based on the feedback from an initial survey and various meetings with the Supporters Consultation Committee. QUEENS PARK RANGERS CREST VOTE QPR allows all fans to vote for the upcoming QPR crest. Option One - 1975 Monogram The QPR wordmark in option 1 is a play on the style of the 1975 crest. The font is the same as our current crest. The objective with this crest option was to create a crest, which was retro but at the same time aesthetically modern. Option Two - 1982 Monogram Edit The QPR wordmark in option 2 is a play on the style of the 1982 QPR crest. The font, as is the case in option one, is the same as our current crest. The objective with this crest option, was to create a crest that was clean and defined and had connotations to the 1982 crest. Option Three - Superhoops Monoline Option 3 is a new identity, and is built around full hoops, which are the clubs core equity, as well as QPR’s nickname. There is a fantastic opportunity to express our Hoops nickname in our branding and graphic communications, by creating a crest that is distinctive through ownable visual language. Option Four - Superhoops Monoline With Crown The main body of option 4 is the same as option 3, with the added crown in, keeping with the full hoops concept by creating a symbol that follows the same methodology through the intertwining of three full hoops.
No Yun today as usual, not featuring for the U21s either. I wonder if there would be a transfer for him this month.
We will see most likely KBK story play out again. Championship most likely suitors but no work permit for it. We will see if someone in Europe liked his few PL appearances enough to take a flier.
To recap KBKs experience for those who like to deny well publicized history: KBK joined Wigan on short term contract in Jan window preferring to go with manager who trusts him over possibly more stable situations but also protects himself from relegation risk KBK was reportedly excellent despite wigans relegation, winning multiple MOTM awards FA issues new work permit rules that result in cheap options like KBK no longer getting permits Blackburn and other teams all race to sign KBK in the summer knowing him well from Championship Denied a permit KBK still trains with Blackburn who spend money and time appealing the ruling. The appeal fails and Blackburn say it was a worth the effort Despite all the interest in KBK in England, KBK can't get squat in Europe except for a trial with PSV and he only got that as Park Ji Sung asks for a favor of his old club He heads to Japan and IIRC gets relegated again and now is a free agent In short Championship players have a hard time building name brand value outside UK. European clubs don't think highly of the level of play and it's very hard to scout as its not televised generally. And the general path of Koreans into Europe as cheap / low risk value has been closed off in England. Even if they've played many years there. For YSY, the clubs who know him and value him can't sign him, and despite being cheap, may be an unknown commodity to those outside of England who will have to take the handful of televised showings as sole evidence against a guy who can't even make 18 of a struggling Championship side.
Lol I like how you put all of this. Like it's a leagues fault that he can't find the next gear. Sounds to me that he's a fringe team delight because he's good enough for them on the cheap but no more than that because he's not good enough for top tier and even if signed would wallow hopelessly on the bench. i feel bad for him because no one gets excited by a journeymans resume. And he has one now over a pretty quick timeline with a pronounced bell shaped curve to it. He's at where he should be now.
fwiw (forum people are an reliably crazy lot, esp QPR ones) http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/forum/161908/page:1 and we'll see if this impacts how YSY gets used. I guess FA cup this weekend will be a good indicator. http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/jack-robinson-return-for-qpr-wls-football
Looking for YSY's replacement? Don't know much about him. Not sure where QPR are with various things at this moment. Want left-back & striker. https://t.co/t3yJR0aqDD— David McIntyre (@davidmcintyre76) January 7, 2016
Probably a surprise player for me Id like to see develop in the PL. I think he may have something to offer if trained properly.
FWIW, it appears that YSY played in a closed door friendly which QPR lost 0-5. Reportedly Jack Robinson played as well so we'll see what if any impact happened (esp given scoreline) http://www.wearetherangersboys.com/...hind-closed-doors-match&p=1508367#post1508367 Confirmed http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/jack-robinson-qpr-injury-chelsea-qpr-under-21s-2910721.aspx
QPR's sudden ultra secrecy on health is really unclear whats going on with Yun Yes but would prob pick a fully fit Yun in a game like that. Some games Konch will get roasted. Was same with Hill. https://t.co/NTO20GuXpJ— David McIntyre (@davidmcintyre76) January 23, 2016
more fullbacks = more question as to where YSY will go or remain buried and collect paychecks which is also plausible 694184649191464960 is not a valid tweet id
hopefully some other clubs there to watch for a loan but then again, team gave up 4. http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/qpr-under-21s-friendly-barnet-match-report-2947118.aspx
BREAKING | Queens Park Rangers defender Yun Suk-young is set to join Charlton Athletic on loan.— Korea Football News (@KORFootballNews) February 13, 2016 Edit. At least just as YSY doesn't need to move, I don't have to update news feeds getting plenty about CAFC from SLP via CPFC
