That's cool. I'm really more a fan of Zachary Richard and Jo-el Sonnier, but there's no flies on Terrence...
A is for Ambrose Akinmusire Heart-Shaped Box (yeah, that one). A little rock-beat stuff going on here.
Between Dog and Wolf-- Joshua Redman and Brooklyn Rider Listening to this album right now, and whoa is it good. I am of course a longstanding fan of Chico Hamilton's Chamber Jazz units, so its is aimed right at me, but still... @Auriaprottu -- If you don't get a kick out of the first track, "Flash" I'll be stunned...
It's like Bil- uh, Guillermo the Kid lived in the Northeast and was trying to get to New Orleans via Appalachia. This is one of the horse chase scenes. I do like it.
Anybody watch the Ken Burns documentary on country music? We haven't finished yet, but quite enjoyed the segments we've seen. C is for one of the people featured therein, Patsy Cline, with the classic "Walkin' After Midnight"

An Example of Ginger Baker playing with some jazz musicians (Charlie Haden, bass and Bill Frisell, guitar)
G is for the wonderfully named Guano Apes (from Gottingen, Germany) with an interesting remake - "Big in Japan"
H is for "High Cost of Loving You" - Scott Sharrard Played here last night, backed up by the Bo-Keys. (obviously not this clip)
Jazztage Leverkusen 2007 Lars Danielsson Trio- I've posted Lars' playing once here before. Here's more. Try to ignore the commercials...
Kenny Garrett, Chick Corea, Christian McBride and Roy Haynes Steps- Jazz Marciac 2010 Yeah, Chris is stupid crazy great. He's always stupid crazy great. What's killing me is (drummer) Roy Haynes. 2010 vid... Haynes is 85 years old here. Eighty-five.
L is for "Left My Heart in Memphis" - Allman Betts Band (Graceland SoundStage) This is from this past May. Ms Robot and I are juuuuust to the right of the camera. I guess they didn't want our stunning good looks to compete with the music. I mean, that's all I can figure.
M is for Mario Monterosso, John Paul Kieth, Mark Edgar Stuart - "Roll Over Beethoven" Mario was born in Catania, Italy and moved to Memphis about three years ago. He lists Chuck Berry, Carl Perkins, Scotty Moore, and Brian Setzer, among others as major influences. I've posted a video or two of JPK before, and MES wrote one of my favorite songs ever - "Remote Control" One of the things I've come to appreciate about most Memphis musicians is that you never know who may show up unannounced. We were at this show (it was at the Rock 'N' Roll Cafe, down the street from Graceland) expecting to see JPK (the one in the middle) - Mario and MES were pleasant surprises. Dale Watson also does this a lot.
Lullaby For Shana Bly Grover Washington, Jr. I'd kind of pigeonholed Grover over the years and ignored him. I shouldn't have, but maybe I wouldn't have if he'd spent more time creating music like this instead of Mister Magic. Even here, he's got the bass taking a signal instead of a mic. It's a studio recording, so why do that to the sound?
{I find it hard to believe there's never been a band called The Venn Diagrams, but apparently not.} V is for The Velvelettes from the mid-60s, with "He Was Really Saying Something"
