Gloster played 90 today for Hannover II in a 1-0 win. I would not be surprised if he's playing with the first team next season.
Californian Jonathan Suarez on for his second Liga MX appearance for Queretaro. #ligamxeng— Tom Marshall (@mexicoworldcup) September 1, 2018 If the US is to hold a U23 camp sometime, this guy may well be worth a look.
LigaMX isn't a terrible league, but I think its low enough that a player should only start getting themselves onto the NT (or high level YNT) radar from that league with regular league appearances. If a '97 had two league appearances from MLS, we'd be saying that they probably aren't a U-23 candidate.
Suarez got an assist here at 9:29 of the video. According to Tom Marshall, Suarez also almost scored on a chip. I haven't seen video for that, or Marshall is mistaking Suarez for another player whose chip hit the crossbar. And I completely agree with the above, one or two LMX appearances alone does not merit a U23 callup; hopefully he will get more.
Numerous tweets from people on MX futbol twitter said very positives things of his play so I’d expect to see him more.
'00 Nicholas Gioacchini is playing up with Caen's reserves and scored a goal in his first match. The past two seasons, he scored about 40 goals in 50 matches for Paris FC's U17s and U19s. He remains eligible for Caen U19s.
It sure seems like the Tyler Adams move to the Bundesliga will be happening in January. A preponderance of tea leaves........................ RB Leipzig's Ralf Rangnick confirms that two new players will arrive in January: "The players have signed. We would have loved these players right now, but the clubs were not ready to hand them over now." Kicker reports these are Tyler Adams #RBNY & Amadou Haidara #RBS— Ronan Murphy (@swearimnotpaul) September 3, 2018
Nice little article on '00 new US U19 callup Manuel Lopez Terrazas of Santos Laguna. Seemingly rare for a Liga MX club other than Tijuana to post something like this about a US callup. Says he wants to play a significant role and intends to get called up again. He had 14 goals in the 2017-18 U17 Liga MX season and had 9 goals in U17 Liga MX the previous season. In the 2018 Clausura, he had 9 goals, which was tied for most in the league. Nice to see the USSF go after him and Sagir Arce in the face of the FMF. https://www.clubsantos.mx/noticias/detalle/3252

See the highlight below from Niko Gioacchini, the player @ChuckMe92 mentioned above. Nick has gotten off to a great start in France with @SMCaen, after scoring 2x in his first match with the clubs U19’s against Paris FC, Gioacchini was called up to the reserve side where he scored in their match against Pacy Ménilles RC!#RepDMV | #DMVPro pic.twitter.com/CASpcGcOZk— DMV Soccer (@DMVSoccer96) September 3, 2018
He should be at the next U-20 camp. See if he's a better option than guys like Dorsey, Brewer, Akinola for one of the last striker spots.

He's earned it. Things are crowded though at his position at Bremen, so its hard to know for sure. Is the coach going to go off a hierarchy of what keeps the dressing room happy or will some of the senior pros be told they aren't in the 18 with Sargent taking their place?
The thing I really like about Sargent is that he makes most of his goals look so easy. He just seems to realize in that split second when the chance is there exactly where the ball has to go to beat the keeper with the minimal amount of difficulty. That's the mark of a forward who will score a lot of goals.
I hope so! Hopefully Sargent and Soto are consolidated in their respective teams by the time the WC qualifiers roll around. We are in need of killer goal scorers.
I've heard Pizarro was brought in to just keep the place warm for Sargent. He is a club legend and semi-retired and most likely is in on the plan. I think WB will work him in slowly and deliberately.
