I think he could sign, he would maybe not be able to play. Sargent signed but couldn't play. Ferri signed and is playing.
Reyna has an EU passport. Sargent does not. I don't know about Ferri, but it looks like he used something to his advantage to be able to play before he turned 18.
The EU passport lets you sign at 16. Sargent had to wait until he was 18. But the passport doesn't change the fact you are signing outside the registration window. But it is possible that where Ferri is playing there is no window and registration is ongoing. Booth doesn't have an EU passport but went over before signing at 18 and doesn't play in competitive matches. IOTW, the passport lets you sign at 16 as per FIFA. When you can start in league play is a different, internal, rule.
The Ferri one is weird.............................. We had heard that he can't register and play for Greuther Furth until the January window. And I've never seen an official announcement anywhere that he's officially signed a contract. You know, with the obligatory picture of the player holding a jersey But it does seem that he's playing in some U19 games for them. Maybe there are certain U19 events that a player doesn't need to be officially registered for?
According to his Instagram, '01 John Pulskamp has been training with other Bournemouth keepers including Asmir Begovic and U21 keeper Mark Travers.
Sagir Arce continuing to dominate U17 Liga MX with a hat trick today. With 10 goals in about 700 minutes, he's arguably the best player in U17 Liga MX right now -- and he prefers the US. 1066054074989195266 is not a valid tweet id
Cole Basset sounds like and old time jazz guy. Always liked names like his and the Napolean Smith or Mozart Jones types.
Freiburg has certainly kept their eyes on American talent. Obviously with Stanko, Steffen, and now Mendez. But IIRC, Gyasi Zardes trialed there before signing with the Galaxy and Amobi Okugo trained with them years back.
Ethan Sonis was there; I think Jake Rozhansky had a tryout or training stint; Max Dietz was there last season; Cam Lindley and Jalen Robinson trained there -- the former before he went pro, the latter after, if memory serves...
'01 California-born striker Jordan Adebayo-Smith, who lately has been in scorching form for Lincoln City, is drawing interest from Huddersfield and Wolves ahead of the January transfer window. https://www.allnigeriasoccer.com/read_news.php?nid=30197
Until their prince Buwahaha Happy transfers me promised $54M I'm kind of sceptical of Nigerian sources.

According to his Instagram bio, '01 former Pateadores and US U18 player Cameron Harper is currently with Celtic. He trained/trialed with them in late 2017 and seems to have joined them beginning this season. https://www.instagram.com/cameron__harper/
Kinda funny that there's a Cameron Harper, born in November '01, who is also in Scotland, but at Inverness Caledonian Thistle, but apparently isn't the same guy.
Lots of Celtic links to our players right now. Harper, Rennicks, and Perez. I wonder if this is intentional or coincidental.
Barcelona lost 2-0 to Tottenham in the UEFA Youth League. Reports say that Konrad played well, and almost (should have?) had an assist. Check out @USMNTvideos’s Tweet: 1072542828738347009 is not a valid tweet id
Looking at his highlights, KDLF set up three teammates within 10 yards of goal with time and space. He also just missed on two crosses.
