JJ MACÍAS. pic.twitter.com/qPBCKQvpA8— Invictos (@InvictosSomos) May 20, 2019

There has to be, the defenders on the current U20 WC team are awful. But then again Ramirez is clueless.
Tigres needs to work like Monterrey on placing some of the sub 20 talent. That is a step they need to take!
That's not Tuca's MO, though. He's never been a fan of developing young players. That's why I hate when Tigres buys young promises like they once did with Damm and Eduardo Tercero.
Damm plays and has a lot of chances but but he has not matured and Tercero is on Development. Not many teams can say that they play with 5 or 6 Mexicans on the field and still be sucessfull.
And if they had been with a more nurturing coach, they would've mkre likely than not be much better than what they are. I mean, when he was with Lobos, Tercero was already a very solid starter in Liga MX while Damm with Pachuca looked like a star. Both had Europe aspirations and once they went to Tigres, they regressed really badly.
If they can not make it on Tigres then they will fail in Europe. With Tuca is not about the age. It is about capacity and mental strenght. You have the example of Torres Nilo, Ayala, Dueñas, Julián Quiñones etc. They started at a young age.
Sans Quiñones, perhaps, not as young. And it isn't as guys lime Torres Nilo, Ayala or Quiñones improved that much, if anything, under him. Tuca prefers finished products to get instant results than to polish anyone and wait. And since Tigres has a lot of money to spend, he isn't forced to change this aproach. And about Damm and Tercero failing at Tigres meaning they would flunk in Europe, it's not necessarily true, specialky if they had landed on a league like the Dutch or Swiss, which are good at forming players.
