Tbh most youth systems aren’t producing the talent necessary to improve the league. Maybe to maintain the quality but not to improve it. De que se desperdicie el talento no lo dudo pero no hay miles de chuckys esperando ser tomados en cuenta.

I think it's a little harsh to expect the kids coming of the youth systems to light the league on fire instantly... First they have to make transition from academy to the pro level...
